I've tried several times again this morning to contact the team. Once again constantly busy! Expect once when it rang put me on hold for five minutes than informed me "they are experincing a higher number of calls than usual" and promptly cut me off!0

i renewed my tax credits over the phone three wks ago and phoned for an up date two weeks ago, at that point the advisor said it had not been finalised but he could give me a note a my provisional payments.
today i thought i would give them another call as i had not recieved anything through the post , only to be told that my application was not being processed due to the fact that there was a few questions unanswered! so again i completed another renewal over the phone, fingers crossed it is all well this time.
