specialist team for tax credits renewal (merged)

im really confused is to why people are now havin to send all there info in ??? thought this was just a pilot scheme what they were doing i had a specialist letter & renewed bout 3 weeks ago i have not had any awrd notices through the post to say what my payments are going to be for 2010/11 so maybe i will have to send more info in prob i best get my payslips out etc... ready what the hell is goin on its really really upsettin alot ov people with needless worry just really dont understand :think:

would it just be easier for us all to just pack in work ,then we wouldnt have any childcare etc... & all the stress ov this every year ?????

I know all i did was worry when i got specialist letter then renewed thought all was ok then get another letter for all this info to be sent in. Ive done nothing wrong but i cant help but worry about it. Even at work i'm sat thinking about it. As if we dont have enough to worry about without all this aswell

right guys when u rang the helpline first to renew instead of the speicalist number u automatically get a letter aSKIN for proofs as they wnt u too ring the specialist number ring the helpline and ask them about the letter i dont think u will need to send em in x

how long was it when they send u the extra info later and r u still claiming childcare

I did renew through specialist team the main helpline was unable to process it due to specialist letter. I got new payments aswell as an extra payment into my bank then this letter turned up in the second class post asking me to send more info

weird that is i wud ring up to see if they still need it hun cus my friend did that she rang the main line to renew and had to ring the specialist line did the declaration and had a letter she called back and they said we dont need it? r u still caliming childcare?

Yes i'm still claiming childcare i wouldnt be able to work without it as my children are only young. I cnt remember wen i renewed about 3 weeks ago

from reading these posts it sounds to me like anyone who has renewed on the special line and is still claiming childcare av to send proofs in x
