    I noticed this thread when it first started and watched with interest and lo and behold I got the letter to renew by the different number too, but then reading on it just seemed to be a new pilot scheme for a random set of people to ring this number.
    Now reading this thread today after not reading for a few days it seems that people who have rang the number are infact being investigated in some sort of way...ie child care, p60's etc.
    I havent rang it yet as havent had time to fill in my tax return and get my exact figurers, but wonder where Il stand as I have no proff of child care in form of receipts etc, and as Im self employed I dont have a P60. I will be worrying myself to death again now after just de-stressing that it was infact nothing to worry about!!!
    Why do they have to intefere in things all the bleedin time!

    Being a newbie I too noticed this thread when it only had a few replies.
    Am now worried too as DH is self employed and works less that 24hrs a week...we have a child that gets dla at the higher rate and now I am trying to justify the letter(not that we have anything to hide but just the idea of being singled out) as to check on the dla as we have never sent anything in to them -just remember phoning two yrs ago telling them we now get dla, was asked at what rate and that is it.
    COuld this be it? as I am the one that deals with all this and really cannot have this money stopping as dh cannot work anymore than he does.
    sealed pot chellenger no992Total for 2011= £198
    mfw= 2011 overpayment =
    Mfw 2012 no#25=OP target £2000
    The road to success is always under construction.

    I dont have my p60 yet and dont tend to keep wage slips, i also dnt hav a contract with childcare provider (wel not that i knw of) and i dnt keep receipts as i was never asked to. I really dont knw what i'm goin to do because if they stop my payments in june i wnt b able to go to work. I thought we had to renew by 31st july not may or june and all this specialist team helping us what a load of crap. We should all complain to head office, i feel like a criminal the way we are being treated

    P60's are due this month sometime. As for Child care - can you not give the tax credits the details and ask them to verify how much you pay etc.?? I don't have a contract that I am aware of either, was only ever asked to provide Ofsted registration number when I began claiming child care element of tax credits. Roll on September when I will no longer need the child care side of it.

    I have till 2nd june to send all the requested info and it says i have to send p60 09/10 wage slips 09/10 childcare contract and childcare receipts and dont send photocopys. They could have gave us a little longer to send it all as i now have to wait for p60 dnt have many wage slips and wait for a reply off my childcare providers head office for copys of receipts. So its sit and worry once again. All this just to renew. I thought that they would check with my employer and childcare provider if they thought something was wrong. It would b easier for us if they did
