Good May Morning!
Hope the day brings quiet phones, and a gentle letter box...
True - Dinky Doggles is GORGEOUS- lucky you! Couldn't resist a sneaky peep at your wedding pics you look fab hun - what a dress too! Sign me up for the round of pub golf ...though I might be celebrating everyone elses creek coming to an end while mine remains amazon like.....badbadbad lacking positive thought.....
Ted - :jLibrary and online reservations - I use amazon to see what I want to reserve! DD brought home one of those book leaflets and had circled about 10 books she wanted - only about £40! So we went straight on the computer and reserved the lot online, how fab! Enjoy your walk and ice cream...we're joining you in the clothes budget blow out - dd needs new school shoes:( Have got the slummy mummy book now - all seems very normal!!!!
We go out in hot clothes too! Ironing pile = secondary clothes storage!
Mikon - Good - Its not worth stressing, you are doing the best you can do - and will be offering what you can through a DMP which is fair to all.
Barclaycard though one of our low creditors did phone quite a lot when I was dodging calls but after I spoke to them a few times and gave the magic cccs number and finally on the last call refused to give them an extra two pounds on top of the token I had just sent ( pressume this was a call centre commission based call) they stopped. No contact now other than statements showing zero interest and changed payment date in line with cccs payment date.
Aliebabes - You sound good and calm, the wobbles get less often the further along you go, no panic on monday - bank holiday - not allowed!
Nat - :rotfl:You would think the home of a stay at home mom would be a truely domestic paradise... such a bad mummy/housewife :rotfl:I'm with you! House out of control - in direct proportion to behaviour of children. Messy house happy kids? They feel their work is done? No ?
Andy - I will aspire to you're ironing tidying and cleaning standards ... next week..... you supermumwife! How'd the swimming go? They must be good after 3 years......we need to join you in the pool with our 3. But I am not a fan of the walk from the changing room to the pool:o DD had to stop her lessons when she'd just done 25m , didn't have the next term's fees...
Big hugs to everyone - DH getting stroppy again, time to go xDMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

Tumbleweeds running through....................
yoohoo where is everyone???
I have turned into MSE and no doubt. Needed some new white teeshirts, as they always start to lose that bright white look. Had my voucher from M&S via Valued Opinions. One teeshirt in M&S was £9.50......................went to Primark, got 3 for £5.50.........never been there before, am I getting good or what?More than Two Years in

Fab, what a bargain! - been in there today too DD needed a baseball cap for school, not paying the £5 for the dull school one, £1 for a cute and lovely one in Primark...on the way out she spotted all sorts so could easily have spent andother tenner but marched on through uttering save your pocket money.....
As for things losing the bright white look - white school ankle socks:mad: only seem to last one day from new then grubby...can I send her in with the summer dress and the grey winter socks?DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

Afternoon everyone
Woke up this morning to 3 letters from Northern Rock.
1st letter stated that the DD had been refused contact them on 0845......
2nd letter stating that payment was overdue make payment immediately
3rd letter informing me that I had defaulted and a charger of £30 has be charged to my acccount.
I phoned these guys on Thursday evening so I guess these letters are computer generated and as they have not had official notification from CCCS that I am on a DMP and had the ref no. I guess this is the norm.
Still it was daunting just struggling to come to terms with all this.
Should I phone them again on Tuesday or just wait for CCCS to contact them?
Have a good weekend everyone out there.Mikon Riding the DMP Rollercoaster full of ups and downs but i will get to the end. :T:j
