Oh I did Mama - a bottle of strawberry SlimFast :rotfl: its as if I haven't got enough to do, I've decided I need to be a size 10 again (last seen approx 2 years ago ) so thats only 3 dress sizes to loose....

See thats another issue - they don't want me to tell Jack because they would like it to be a surprise for his birthday. I know he'll love it so realistically I can't say no but I'm bl**dy angry with her for putting me in this position!

I've reserved a puppy!! Little boy :D aawww!!! TBH the vets bills are the smallest cost (obviously unless something goes pear shaped) but doggles and cat face are both insured, costs about £12 a month. Catface lives on Tesco value food because anything richer makes him toot and he stinks, but doggles has premium food (which I buy online, for £10 cheaper than in the shops, free delivery and get £2 Quidco :D) for a massive bag which lasts about 2 months! Oh go on, get a kitten, you'll love it :D

Quick thought.....be sure to thank ex MIL for taking Jack away - will give you OH some "special alone time" or something like that:D just enough to make her spit a few feathers maybe?

Pet insurance.....new concept.....makes pet prospect less scary.....your pet names are fab especially gerbils....do you use doggles and cat face or their other names?

I'm onto my second red arrears communication from next - makes no sense although they have refunded some charges- they've re sent the letter asking me to sign agreeing to a reduced payment plan and a credit agreement:eek:cccs said not to sign so i'm guessing that's still the same!

I've just had the letter with reduced payment plan and credit agreement, "Further to our recent conversation.........." What conversation, I've not even spoken to them, definitely a computer generated letter:mad::mad:

Was just going to phone CCCS, but then remembered your post!:T:T

Hi VicB, agree re the Next Red all over the statement, especially when the letter always seems to slip down the envelope so the postie can see!

    Doggles is called Archie

:eek::eek:34!!!!A teriffying thought....Trying to work out how many batches that must have been!!!!

    Morning everyone, I think I am a reformed character.....:j

There is a small forest park/caravan park near where we live where we take our dogs to walk and a few weeks ago, a house at the entrance went up for sale. Five bed bungalow, 2 acres, stables and paddock.

The old me would have been on the estate agents site straight away to see all the details, ending in me moaning about how I will never get a house like that etc, so I would console myself by buying (on CC of course) a load of carp I didn't need....

This time it was my frugal from birth DH that couldn't resist a peek! I didn't even look and gave him a lecture about how looking at things you can't have only makes you feel bad about yourself!!!

    Oh how things have changed!!:rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl:Go LJM!
My favourite is do you want it or do you need it!? Usually followed up bysome sort of conversation about him needing a treat working all the hours etc.....

Just popping in to say a quick hi (just in case you missed me!). Big hello to all the new faces and to the old ones as well! Been fab to read all your good news recently. Am so proud of my little paddlers :)

Got a great letter from BofS this morning demanding we pay our arrears of over £1K! Um I dont think so. Gonna give CCCS a ring later see what they say. Everything else DMP wise seems to be ok. Except got our fuel bill this morning and we owe an extra £50, cant believe we spent nealy £300 on gas this quarter!!!!!!!!!!! Defo no heating now till Dec.

I'll try and check in tonight when kids are tucked up in bed

    Ta ta for now ;)

How'd you get on with cccs re bofs Nat? I think we'd be happy with £50 extra to pay on the gas, last bill was estimated even though they did come and do a reading, waiting for the next one to see how bad the winter was!

School photos are a nightmare, Jack's most recent lot were the best he's ever had so I've had to have one £17.50 for an emailed copy
