Got a great letter from BofS this morning demanding we pay our arrears of over £1K! Um I dont think so. Gonna give CCCS a ring later see what they say. Everything else DMP wise seems to be ok. Except got our fuel bill this morning and we owe an extra £50, cant believe we spent nealy £300 on gas this quarter!!!!!!!!!!! Defo no heating now till Dec.
I'll try and check in tonight when kids are tucked up in bed

Might help them, it wouldn't help with my other creditors, so that will be a "No Thankyou". I'll be phoning Pay Plan about it in the morning. Did you get an outcome? Turn it down etc.
Hey Gibbs, interesting to see they've used the same tactic with you. CCCS said not to accept unless they agreed to 0%. I've sent a copy of the paperwork to CCCS just to get their opinion and waiting for them to call. I will then speak to HSBC and see if they'll change to 0% (!!!).
Let me know what Payplan say.Paddle No 16

I'm onto my second red arrears communication from next - makes no sense although they have refunded some charges- they've re sent the letter asking me to sign agreeing to a reduced payment plan and a credit agreement:eek:cccs said not to sign so i'm guessing that's still the same!
Ooooh shiny diamond shopping!
Oh balls! I signed the letter agreeing to the reduced amount!!:eek::eek:
Nothing else from them, just the statements....the RED all over them is slightly OTT I thinkPaddle No 16

TRUE! You got the dog! SO jealous, if only there was a way we could post pics
I don't have much to report, all quiet here. I've booked a week off work in May so having a HUGE clear out in time for move (plenty of stuff for eBay) and to get my CCCS/DMP paperwork sorted as it's just in a big pile at the moment.Paddle No 16

I've only been away one day and you guys added four pages!!!!!
Anyway hope everyone's ok, I'll check back in later to catch up with everyone, gotta go collect my small people now....
Just wanted to check in with my news, I got a letter from I think 'Credit Solutions' can't remember the name and I don't have the letter to hand now. But they're already offering me a F&F, at 40% of what I actually owe them!!! Unfortunately I don't have £1000ish in loose change at the moment. But surely that's a good sign for the future? Thought I'd share with everyone cos even though I don't have the money to do it, it has cheered me up
Bye for now!!0 -
