Just spoke to CCCS and they basically said this is fairly common and (as I suspected) they'd only recommend me doing if it was set at 0% (at the moment it's 7%).
They said to send a photocopy of the documents to their correspondence dept and they'll have a look at it, so I'm going to send off today.
They did say I could give HSBC a call to see if they'd reduced to 0%, as they sometimes do this (and no harm in asking).
HSBC have given me 10 days....until they start stalking me again I guess!Paddle No 16

Oooh had to come home, don't fit in the car so well as I've got this kink in the middle, and I'm probably a danger trying to drive at a funny angle, so yes please I'd like a trolley and a pusher please?
Vic, I don't like the sound of this at all, they're just trying to get you to sign a new agreement charging interest, you can be absolutely sure this is good for the bank, so unlikely will be best for you...............More than Two Years in

Oh No! What happened?
My 6yr old son does speech therapy activities as he had hearing loss when he was younger. Well, this week he likes to practice sounds while on the swing and lying on the floor etc and I aggravated an old injury:(Paddle no. 12
