    hi Mama

    Looks like you're really busy!
poor you in Asda, had the same last night in Asda, card didn't work first time, couldn't understand as had just transferred money in around 20 mins before I left the house, worked second time phew!!! think sometimes the banks do these things just to keep us on our toes! Co-op website was verrrrry slow yesterday so I suppose that might have contributed.

http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=49 Niddy has moved again, this is a shiny new site, got to be worth a read, especially regarding UE and there will be loads of other stuff.

    Have a good weekend everyone

    Thanks PDD:D
Will bookmark it and have a good read tonight... is little people go to sleep that is. The card thing is a heart stopping moment - the co-op cards seem to have a few glitches like that...suppose really I should phone the company that called the dd in early - and give someone a good moaning at.
Hope the UE is going well and there isn't any use of pva, glue spreaders and scissors going on.
    Take care x

  • I have a couple of questions after reading some of the recent threads. So if anyone can help thanks in advance. :T:T:T

    1. Has anyone asked to miss a payment monthly yet and what happened if they did? Does the DMP payer, Pay Plan in my case, CCCS in others, contact the creditors that month or what and how did the creditors react?
    2. I might be moving but the rent will be going up considerably if I do, so has anyone asked for an early review for this reason and what was the outcome?

The above questions might not have been posted on this thread but someone might have read them somewhere else and have answers they could point me at.

  • Hi Gibbs

Remember that your DMP is an informal arrangement, so if you need to make changes because of your living arrangements I can't obviously see why they would moan, maybe you should ask for an early review? I wasn't happy with my review with CCCS cos the woman I spoe to was like a robot owned by the banks, everything wasn't allowed by the creditors and I include feeding my grown up children in this! Going down the UE route, wih some success now.

  • Thanks PDD, the move is not likely to be soon as they haven't shown me anything suitable yet, downsizing so I have the upperhand. But if they do and the rent is as high as the ones they have shown me, (how can downsizing from a perfectly good, large well positioned flat to somewhere smaller and not so well located cost so much more? perhaps they don't want me to move!!!) then it might influence my choice to know how easy it is to change the DMP sums, preferably without them taking the bribe sorry, golden handshake to move money, into consideration either.

Anyone 'seen' Mikon?????? He went off to write a letter and vanished.................

    Hi Tedsd and everyone else.

Just been busy with work and family life. Quick update wrote to SHxxI waiting for response from chief exec and head of collections.

In the interim they have been harassing me now for an additional payment of £1 reduced from £1.80 and on Friday they said they would accept 50p I told them if I paid the 50p this would show that my income and expenditure account was incorrect and then they would say to CCCS he is saying he has this left but he has paid us 50p. So i told them to speak to CCCS they said no. I told them that they were breaching OFT Guidance on Debt Collection and also breaching OFT Guidance on ignoring my request to have my telephone number removed from my account at this point they terminated the telephone call. What a bunch of monkeys.

I hope everyone is doing fine and things are running smoothly with your DMPs. I notice there is a lot of new members on here good to see you joining the band of merry DMPs.

  • Hi folks

Just passing through to say hi. Hope you are all well.

Nice to see you back Mikon.

Good luck with the rest of the UE PDD. I discussed possibility of this for one preditor that will not come on board with CCCS, they were VERY dissmissive about it and gave me the do that and you are on your own chat (it is one person that always winds me up, the others have been good). I'm too worried it will threaten the rest of my DMP so will be especially interested to see how you get on.

My 4th payment goes off to CCCS next week. Trying to celebrate 3 key dates each month, payday, money to CCCS and money from CCCS to the Preditors to keep acknowledging things are heading in the right direction if you see what I mean!

  • HH its going very well so far, with one declaration down some more to go.
