Just passing through to say hi. Hope you are all well.
Nice to see you back Mikon.
Good luck with the rest of the UE PDD. I discussed possibility of this for one preditor that will not come on board with CCCS, they were VERY dissmissive about it and gave me the do that and you are on your own chat (it is one person that always winds me up, the others have been good). I'm too worried it will threaten the rest of my DMP so will be especially interested to see how you get on.
My 4th payment goes off to CCCS next week. Trying to celebrate 3 key dates each month, payday, money to CCCS and money from CCCS to the Preditors to keep acknowledging things are heading in the right direction if you see what I mean!

My 4th payment goes out this week as well and I find myself doing the same, payday, cccs day then creditor day. The 25th can't come round quick enough!
As you say HH, things are moving in the right direction and long may it continue.I'm Debt Free :j 2/09/2013

PDD, I am intrigued by the UE, please keep us all fully updated, don't think I am brave enought to go there yet plus all my lot are behaving themselves at the moment.

this is where Niddy hangs out now and most of the UE stuff is happening. worth a read Prof, doesn't cost anything, one of our biggest most awkward creditors has just written to say they don't have an agreement!!!! this means it is absolutely unenforceable!!!More than Two Years in

Hi PDD
Are you going to remove them from the DMP now? Just be careful, you don't want anything blowing up in your face.

stopped all of the DMP payments on 1st Aug, only those that are enforceable will get paid, no point in doing CCA if you are going to keep paying, remember what unenforceable means, they can't enforce the debt ie take you to court get a ccj etc but they can chase you and register a default (all of which they will do on a DMP anyway.) I am just sorry I didn't come across this before we did the DMP but hey ho we're off and running now. Niddy is very good Eyeopener, he has an answer for everything and knows the law which you will all realise the creditors rely on you NOT knowing. I've learned loads and its only been a month!!!! PM me if any of you need more detailed info or log on to the new website.More than Two Years in
