  • just ring them Regret, these things happen and most people need a car for work, so no car no work no money. They won't mind, it must happen all of the time.

Hi, I used the address from the back of my statements and for the ones that were paperless I rooted around and managed to find some old paper statements so used those.

They all seemed to get to the right place as they've cashed my token payments:)

Hi all, sooooooo sorry it has been a while........again!!!!!

I will so try to be a better paddler soon when kids back at school.

Just wanted to give you all a wee update on my dmp, so both oh and my barclaycard have accepted, they never wrote to confirm just put it on statement.
MBNA have stopped interest and charges say they dont accept the amount but to keep sending as they do understand we can not afford to pay any more, so to me that is accepted.
Cap one is same as mbna.

That is 4 out of 13, im really pleased all seems to be going smoothly, have had no letters or phone calls since CCCS sent out the information to the creditors, so feeling quite positive at the moment......long may it last.

Hope you are all doing well and hi to any newbies.

Promise promise promise I will try to keep up to date in future.

    Hi lovely people!
Hope its a good long weekend for everyone - quiet phones and gentle letter boxes and not too much bank holiday rain!

Jeddy - I've had the final demand from hsbc - they've passed me to dca - When you get their letter give cccs a ring with their ref number to speed things up - they seemed not to know I was with cccs so had to give them my number...no further communication as yet!

Eyeopener - hurray:j goodbye paypday loans - must feel good!

Regret - just incase you haven't phoned cccs yet - do phone them - at our review when I said we'd been lent money to fix the car - they said to give them a ring if something like that happened again because they'd stop payments for a month to help.

Hi Andy - it is so much harder to get on when the kiddiwinkles are off school...:jgreat news on your 4 out of 13, hope the rest follow suit soon. I've to try and be a better paddler too- been in school preparing self for the start of term, making resources for the classroom and reading like mad...three years being a stay at home mum to catch up on. Am very:eek: at the moment, but at least its about a new job and not the dmp!

Nothing much here - letter from one of our very small creditors who we had heard nothing at all from saying the were very disappointed with the way I had been runnng the account! Were lovely on the phone seems the just wanted a SOA as it was 6 months of payments from cccs - which I hadn't even realsied :D

:o Went to asda - before payday, thinking we'd enough to get what was in the basket - caught out by an early dd so very embarrased - had to borrow £4 off dd, who had her purse with her, haded back various items, the lovely girl on the till gave me 3 smiley vouchers - 25p each for good children! Ooooh the shame!

Take care guys - dodgy hugs all round:grouphug: x

  • hi Mama

    Looks like you're really busy!
poor you in Asda, had the same last night in Asda, card didn't work first time, couldn't understand as had just transferred money in around 20 mins before I left the house, worked second time phew!!! think sometimes the banks do these things just to keep us on our toes! Co-op website was verrrrry slow yesterday so I suppose that might have contributed.

http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=49 Niddy has moved again, this is a shiny new site, got to be worth a read, especially regarding UE and there will be loads of other stuff.

    Have a good weekend everyone

    Morning

Further to my paying off one debt. CCCS have now told me that the payment (which was over a third of my total monthly payment) will now be pro rated between the rest of my debts. I can only assume that the PayDay Loan company are a b*&^&% to deal with and CCCS wanted them out of the way.

So everybody else will be getting quite a bit more now.

I hope they all don't start playing silly beggers and start reintroducing interest......oh heck. Even typing that out worries me.
