Blooming dmp gremlins at it again - grabbed my mobilecand threw it down the toilet - honestly I was about 3m away from the bog and it just lept out of my hand! I pulled it apart and put it in the sun to dry but it is no more. Think I've destroyed all my old phones since dmp started this is the third disaster since Jan!!!!

I'm so sorry Mama, but I can't stop laughing at that "leaping phone" image that I can see in my minds eye....

well guys just had review with CCCS. A little put out at the determination not to upset creditors, sticking point is my adult children live at home, DS at uni, DD works in arts and budgetry cuts in the arts have devastated job opportunities, so generally keep both of them. They do their best but don't want to put in a set amount when I know it won't appear a lot of months. Scottish government expects you to support young adults until they are 25, this involves keeping my DS at uni, they xpect me to give him £330 per month as he gets the absolute minimum support (£500 per year) and we still have to pay his fees (£180 per month). No idea what they expect me to do, throw them out on to the street???? Anyway, payment is to stay the same, wouldn't want to upset creditors of course!!!!

thanks Ted, just felt it was a bit too onesided, too worried about creditors, especially as we are doing our best to pay it back. Plus they have all more or less stopped or reduced interest so why mess with something and put all my hard work in getting to this point at risk????

I save any possible penny to go against F&F but she didn't approve of that either, makes me mad!!!

it was just the tone, trying to make everything nice for the creditors, what about us!!!, we're only in this pile of pooh because of the piles of interest they whacked on the minute they sniffed we might be in trouble. If they hadn't jacked up the rates we could still have been coping, but they didn't do that, they jacked until it was unaffordable, now they want a good kick when we're down. no wonder unenforcability starts to look more attractive by the minute.

    still ranting!

    Hello all

I could do with a bit of advice please.

Had a letter from moorcroft precourt division this morning demanding repayment of £3750 pounds by 13th July for my tesco loan or they will recommend going to court. haven't got the money obviously so don't know what to do.

Tesco received my first payment last month and I've not heard a thing from them and now this.

    Any suggestions?
