oh i see lol, my mistake, it is possible do u know if you can post (letter) if anything as changed when its time for a review or does it have to be done by telephone?, also does anyone know how long the call lasts, and what they ask etc0
-
I think CCCS like to do the reviews on the phone. They want to go through all of your budget and mine lasted about 30mins, mostly me arguing a couple of points I might add.More than Two Years in
Doing it the Niddy way:j:j:j0 -
It's not a default it says if I don't pay they will recommend to their client that they take mr to court.it looks like a more formal letter than I have had before.
Hi ya love, try not to panic i'm sure i prob would if i received this letter but note the word 'recommend' it doesn't say they will.
for the size of the debt i'm sure they wouldn't try the court thing not worth their while

Just thought I would update you on Citi wrote to them 3 weeks ago and still have not had a reply statement is due any day expecting interest charges to be approx £2,500 - £3,000 on a £12,000 loan. Contacted CCCS and they said that they must reply within 6 weeks I can report them to OFT.
Regards
Hi Mikon, heard absolutely nothing from them apart from a statement showing interest stopped, am sure as your DMP has started now they will do the same for you. PPLBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

Hi there, Payplan are normally very good at communication. I would call them on Monday if you can, am sure it will be fine.
It's normally around 4 to 6 weeks after you sign the authorisation forms that the DMP officially starts. PPLBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

Morning everybody
PaydayUK and the DC supposedly representing them (they are in fact the same people) are being difficult and refusing to deal to with CCCS still.
I've repeated my position that I deal with CCCS and nobody else so its become a game of ping pong, which is quite amusing because they realise they can't bully me as I said its CCCS until a court tells me otherwise, so they don't realy know what to do.
Question for anybody reading this.
Could someone point me to the debt collection guidelines that say that if the debtor works with a third party then the creditor should also work with the appointed 3rd party. If such guidelines exist that is!
Any help appreciated guys, I just want something to quote back at them cos i'm getting bored saying the same thing over and over again.

Eyeopener, lost track with what you have written to them but it's against OFT guidelines to refuse to deal with a 3rd party...not sure if you have included this in your letters?
OFT say an example of unfair method of collection = ' refusing to deal with an appointed third party'
Have you reported them or threatened to.? Sorry if you've done this already.
newbeginning is right, it will cost more to take you court than you owe them., so it's just plain daft to try.! Idiots.eyeopener2 wrote: »Morning everybody
