I need a paddle!
Went camping for OH's Birthday this weekend. Was booked and paid for ages ago, but had to borrow some spends from my pal, but I'm waiting on some cheques to clear, then I can give her it straight back. Need to go and photocopy my letter to creditors at some point tomorrow.0 -
we've been having torrential rain and howling gales this weekend, Mr Dopey has, very wisely, just been very quiet...............More than Two Years in

Anna he has to speak to his DMP provider to get the payments temporarily reduced to a manageable level. Life happens on a DMP and remember it is not a legal agreement.
well done Gabs for the resisting of the shops, got my review next week, had to wait for a Scottish specialist.........should be interesting. Really don't want to put anymore in as would rather save for f&f, seems like a better way to get rid.
Go Gibbs with the multiquotes
poring down here, so going to lurk on the sofa
Thanks for your help I will get him to speak to them tomorrow, he has got to have his review then also hopefully they will be able to sort something out20p savers club 2013#23 83.00 (2014 numer 6,70.00 pounds) 2036SPC No 6(2013) 182.34

Mr Dopey is now laying out camping equipment (borrowed), this is very worrying, I really think Hannibal crossed the Alps with less palaver, can definitely see crime of passion coming up, I brain him with a tent peg..........................DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

I remember reading on here many moons ago before I started with CCCS that CCCS aren't to keen on this but will help you if that's the way you plan to go.0 -
Postie just walked straight past my house, he often does now - gone are the days of my letters weighing him down in a morning. Can't believe how quiet the creditors are now, no phone calls, no letters, nothing.0

Paddle No. 5.
Debt at DMP start (May 1st '10) £54.9k, as of 1st Oct '11 £33.2k. 40% cleared.
(3 F & Fs down, 5 to go!) :T0 -
Hi guys, I am new to the thread, I am currently on a DMP with CCCS at the moment. We currently owe £47k on unsecured lending and we are paying CCCS £179 p/m which means it is gonna take over 22years to get them cleared, that doesnt even icluded them adding interest and charges!!!! To top it all off we now have to pay HMRC £77 p/m which was is a new payment not included in the budget plan, and the budget set out by CCCS left no extra at all.
So by now paying HMRC, it is going to reduce the payment to the creditors even more, we are probably looking at 35yrs+ to repay, can yo ever be refused a DMP???0
