"we will refer to a DCA", reply, "please do"
"pay more", reply "can't"
"we don't accept you DMP" reply " well CCCS are going to pay you anyway"
It's just one big game, of course the ultimate sanction of CCJ could happen but if you show a court you've made arrangements to pay they will more than likely accept that level of payment anyway! My credit score/report is lying in tatters so whats a CCJ between friends.
Do you worst creditors, i'm paying you back so either like it or lump it, i'm past caring.
On a more positive note....
We ventured into Iceland for the first time today. Couldn't believe how much stuff we got for the price we paid. Budgeting is going to plan, we know how much is coming in going out, we are working together to clear up my mess (I keep saying 3 plus years isn't that long but I don'tthink OH it totally convinced yet). And life is generally peachy!
A happy E2 today.
Glad to hear your doing ok E2, seems like a few of you are going through the mill lately.
Well said with above so true, its one big game:rotfl:0 -

Hello ted glad you are better
well I'm feeling a bit more chipper today, been passed to a dca
by txt loan however it seems like thier website just let's you set up a repayment plan so I did, that's them of my back now hopefully!
Still no news off my other creditors but then no post is good news!
Managed to catch the post this morning before my hubby so my saturday morning panic is over for now.
Off to do some baking
Hey Regret seems like you've been having a tough time the last few days? Can i ask don't ask if you don't want to but does Husband know about the DMP. i only very recently told mine and its a big relief so much so, he's making sure my wages go to paying off my debt.
How did baking go, cupcakes everywhere?0 -
Hi all,:T:T
Just a quick hello to you all, seems like a few of you have had nasty creditors playing up. Sending you sunshine, coffee and cake for the weekend. fingers crossed next week will be a better one.
i decided to buy the newer car not ideal but my Mum has been a star and paid for it. It means my F&F's will have to wait to be saved for 5 or 6 months, but without a car i'm stuffed. I didn't want to take the risk of buying the banger and then it breaking = £600 down the drain.
Mikon don't worry about it being passed to a DCA its justanother formality. i think it is standard for banks to cancel accounts when a DMP is inplace, mine was with RBS and my savings accounts too.
Hi PDD my ironing is sitting looking at me but have a hangover still so its staying in the corner until i can be bothered.
Hi MAMAJ Get well soon.
hello true, ljkm, regret, nataz, gibbs and anyone else. time to close computer screen head is hurting too much, self inflicted head urgh,
Catch you later x0 -

Hi gabriella yes my husband knows about the dmp and how much I'm paying but he doesn't quite know how much I owe and who to.I think he can see mr trying to sort it all out so he doesn't really say much about it.he's been so good,we only got married in 2008 so it's been really testing our vows and the "for poorer" is certainly true!
I have made about 60 cupcakes for the carboot tomorrow, I only spent £5 on ingreedients so as long as I make that back I'm not too worried, had to make a separate plate for my hubby tho or he eats the profits lol xxLBM- may2010:A0 -
