Well I took the plunge and contacted NEXT re accepting the offer CCCS made to them. They emailed me to say they have not received anything from CCCS. They have asked if I know what the monthly payment is. I have contacted them to tell them the info was sent electronically and what the offer was. Just waiting for them to get back to me.
As for Shiti I have not heard anything from them so I will just wait and see what comes through.
It was good to read that thread about they guy who has completed his DMP. It can be done and he is proof. We will all be there one day.

I know it wasn't even a week ago I was saying that next were treating us all OK but just be careful, they said the same thing to me; nothing yet from CCCS, how much etc and all seemed to be going well but the discrepancy between their due date and CCCS's date is causing problems and it seems my first payment to them is lost in DMP space....Paddle no. 12

I feel very inspired!
TBH I have been thinking that I could possibily increase my monthly payments but I will wait and see how things go for another couple of months as things aren't totally settled yet, almost though! I have a secured loan of £110 per month with 12 payments left and a HP agreement ending around the same time, so this time next year I will be increasing by about £140 anyway.
I've heard though that if the creditors are getting almost the min payment, they start to add interest again. If that was the case I'd be better saving for F&F's, don't you think?
That was in a round about way what the guy from BoS said to me on the phone last week, especially as their min payment is 1% and I'm paying nearly 1 and a half % on a DMP.LBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

So what is the outcome? Have they stopped interest anyway? Sorry if you have said before, it's hard to remember everyone's news.Paddle no. 12

Am waiting to hear, myself and Payplan spoke to them as they put all 3 cards at 12.6% for a year.
I was paying 6.9% on all 3 before the DMP started so seems a bit ridiculous.

Hi All
Next have emailed me and said that they have no record of receiving the offer from CCCS. I have emailed them and informed them that its strange all my other creditors have received the offer. I have asked them for contact name and address for CCCS to send the paperwork to if I have a contact name and address this will ensure the paperwork gets to the right person/dept. I know for a fact CCCS will have the right address as they deal with them on a regular basis, but lets play along with them I have some spare time on my hands.
The also added that due to the serious arrears ha ha ha 2 months which equates to about £40 serious my !!!!. I am awaiting a response from NEXT but will speak with CCCS on Monday morning and ask them to sort it on my behalf.
I think they get the name of the store from their collections dept. I think they get DMPs in and instead of reading them they bin them and then shout NEXT. ha ha ha.
A few weeks ago I would have been worried sick about this I am sure you would all agree but today I could not give a damn. They are getting £5 a month nothing more nothing less. Take it or leave but it will be paid every month on the 26th so its there for the taking.

All the big ones have stopped MBNA £10500, Cap I £5800 and Halifax £3500. Barclaycard reduced from 9.9% to 3%. Next, I have no clue as they are making it up day to day and La Redoute have passed to DCA who CCCS say always stop interest, so fingers crossed.
I can't imagine how yours can get away with raising the rate, its crazyPaddle no. 12
