    Well done Secret Agent Albie.

My Wish tonight is that not just me but all of us on this Thread have our interest and charges stopped and no phone calls from creditors and we are left to pay our debts in peace.

    Good Luck Everyone

I got that feeling the other day when CCCS notified me that they had wrote to the creditors it was like a weight off my shoulders.

Today I was really pleased at the response from M & S however I have another 10 creditors that may not be as sympathetic, but i will take each day as it comes and deal with each one as it comes.

I have wrote to Mike Green Head of Collections at Citi today to ask him to personally intervene and look at my case and stop the interest and charges re see earlier thread regarding CITI charges.

    Mikon.

Mikon, can I have the address for Mike Green please, as I think I may write to him re. SCHITI claiming not to have recieved my DMP offer from Payplan (sent 3 weeks ago!).
Glad things looking up for you. PP

    Here is the address

    Mr Mike Green
    Head of Collections
    CITI Cards
    Citi Financial Europe PLC
    Collections Department
    PO Box 49920
    London
    SE5 7ZF

I only sent it today so have not had a response.

I hope this helps. What I would say is that my creditors were written to on the 20th some 5 days ago but I have only heard from M & S. I got the impression that the DMP companies in particular CCCS communicated electronically with the creditors to avoid this type of problem.

    Good Luck PPP.

    Hi I'm back

lightly poached, absolutely knackered and never want to see a small businessman/woman again!!! best weather of the year and I've been stuck inside. Good news was the lot on the company CC so didn't cost anything and I've eaten well and stayed in fab hotel.
Well you've all been busy, Mikon, hope your weekend improved (I know its nearly over and I missed most of it), LJM look back and read your first couple of posts, you are obviously a new woman, strong, calm and assertive, go girl!!!
The creditors have no rhyme or reason, I can see no patterns in their behaviour, but generally I think, the longer they don't know whats happening/are kept in the dark, the more they kick off, and they all settle down once they see that the DMP is up and running and they are getting regular monies Its then they play the stupid cards with wrong signatures, wrong dates, we've never heard of CCCS and my classic example if you can contribute to the BNP (mistaken for DMP) why can't you pay your bill!!!. I honestly think a lot of it is to give them something to do, like someone has set up the system and they will stick to it regardless,
OK Sunday sermon over, have a great weekend everyone

Mama hope your feeling better, your SiL is getting great treatment and you just need to be there for her, but no reason for you not to feel bad, its a shock when its someone close.
Alibabes, hope your SiL is OK too, sending positive thoughts

    PDDxx

Pure - the BNP story makes me howl every time I read it, thank you
  • Hi everyone

Nothing much to update on just waiting for creditors to contact payplan with my balances then hopefully can get started.

Glad to see how positive people are on here at the moment. Not been on for a while as on nights (hence the stupid time of post).

Got to go only a quick message, at work just wanted to pop on to say hi. xxx
