Yep, but got the feeling this won't be the end of it, BoS are notoriosly difficult to pin down.
Payplan guy interestingly said a lot of CC companies are keeping debts now rather than passing them straight onto DCAs!

    Missed one of yesterday .....

Bank of Scotland, got a letter this morning telling me they're taking me to court, I owe them a total of £800ish. Why is it always the smallest that seem to shout the loudest?

That is interesting Prof - and slightly concerning especially if they are going to avoid being helpful at all costs!

Oh mate, what a nightmare :( I suppose if they do take you to court at least the judge will side with you and will make your DMP payment official iyswim? Hugs all the same :grouphug: x

Just a quick update on me.

I received an apology from Barclaycard for all the phonecalls today. Which hopefully means, apart from no calls, that they are looking at the CCCS proposal. They haven't mentioned it formally yet. Heres hoping!

Still waiting on a cc and a loan that I haven't heard anything from.

While i'm here can I say that you are a jolly lot. I can't say my life is fantastic at the moment because of all this round my neck but just reading through the thread cheers me up. Thank you.

Afternoon all and welcome all newcomers, sorry have been a bit awol of late;)

Not much to report on DMP front all is pretty quiet, had a phone call this morning from MBNA dh has a cc with them they agreed to speak to me and when I explained they put me on hold then I got cut off, only other phone calls have been Tesco cc who have phoned me 3 times since i spoke to them last week and each time when I answer the phone they just say o sorry we see you have already spoken to us please accept our appologies. Everyone else has just sent letters to acknowledge they have received my letter and token payment and asking me to forward other info asap, only barclaycard have agreed to freeze interest at moment. But all in all very quiet.

Dreading my bank finding out thought, my last dd goes out on 22nd then I can inform them of DMP:eek: then thats me completely ready to go for it.

Went out to friends house on saturday night she was having a party and i ended up a bit worse for wear one of those im never drinking again moments, oooo i cringe at the memory!!!!!

    hope you are all well
