Sorry Mikon - Citi are not part of our wideranging clutch of creditors, so can't be of any help, it might the collection dpt, or why not just go for the MD or whoever the head honcho is if you want to write. My instinct is to tread cautiously at the moment, as you want them to accept your proposals, and don't want to throw a spanner in any of the works. This is only my thought and based on nothing more and is assuming you want to write to tell them to sort their act out!
You're moving along nicely let CCCS look after you and try to relax! You deserve to honestly!DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

CCCS advised that I send everything recorded delivery. I just want a name to put on the address. They are a law unto themselves. Must admit they have not had a SOA but hopefully CCCS will get in touch soon.
The problem is it is awkward talking on the phone when your daughters are around and they ask questions when you come off the phone so all I want is the calls to stop.
Thanks for the reply.
Re calls, fail security? just keep saying can't hear you - whatever they will stop soon.DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

Thanks for the advice. Your right I do not want to wind them up but the calls are becoming a bit of a pain. CCCS advised that it would do no harm to write but I do not want to jeopardise any future agreements. But I need to get it sorted.
I have also just noticed attached to the statement is a Notice of Default Sums whatever that is anyone got any ideas. They claim I have failed to make 2 months minimum payments.
A payment was due on the 6 April £419.24 I paid on 19 April £420 another Payment was due on the 6 May £419.24 I paid £1 token on 10 May 2010. So i have not defaulted on 2 months.

Re the phone, I absolutely know what you mean about phone calls when kids are around. I used to unplug mine at the back when the kids were around then plug it back in if I wanted to use it... I...
this made me laugh, we have an old retro phone and i have unscrewed it so the wire that makes it ring doesnt work! my husband doesnt know as it still rings out, if any one rings us it just keeps ringing and we dont answer! all our friends only ever ring on mobiles so it doesnt matter... how sad and desperate am i???/LBM- may2010:A0 -
Hi I am back.
Think I will take your advice and wait for CCCS to send them my SOA and see what that brings. The phone calls well I guess I will unplug the phone when children are about. Once I know CCCS have contacted them I will assess the situation then. I guess they can put my monthly payments up but if I aint got it now I aint going have the new payment so i will wait and see.
Do not want to ruffle any feathers so early so I will bite my lip for the time being. I just hope 6 months from now I can look back and say things do get better.
