Hey True, can't you pay them through YOUR internet banking? That's what I used to do with mine and HSBC. Login your account and then there's usually a payee section which list CC providers, you just have to include CC number as reference. Takes about 3 days, I think. HTH x

Hadn't thought of that....will look into it! Thanks Vic and Gabs xxx

Evening all.... guess what... summers on its way(apparently)

ted how scary:eek:! Ive had balliffs for a past tenant but so far not for me, thank goodness. Seems like a waste of money on their part, paying for someone to come out.

Gabs - glad to hear you're getting things sorted, talking always helps but is often the hardest thing to do. Glad your Dr was supportive, so many just cant be bothered.

Mama - fingers crossed! Glad I dont have to do a two day interview, must be some job. Hows the kiddywinks? My youngest has discovered the joys of rolling... why the radiator and fire are so fascinating Ill never know :)

    Big hellooooo to everyone else

:D I keep looking at my Abbey accounts (the only ones I can still see online ) just loving what they look like now some real money is going towards clearing them rather than just feeding the interest! Sooo exciting, feels like I'm on my way again :D

  • Evening folks, was wondering how we are all doing on the freeze interest front as it seems to be a big topic at the moment.
I've got MBNAx2 confirmed, waiting on news from Egg and BoS, however the wonderful Citibank claim Payplan haven't sent them anything so they haven't accepted yet!!! PP

    Mine reads as follows ...........

Barclaycard No 1 - Agreed but not formally, just changed the numbers on statement & stopped interest
Barclaycard No 2 - As above
Barclaycard No 3 - Only £300ish owing, ignoring CCCS and me, adding interest and charges monthly
LLoyds TSB - Agreed and reduced interest
Crap One - Ignoring us, not even sending statements now, maybe they've just decided to forget it?????
Mint - Accepted straight away, stopped interest
Natwest - Accepted straight away, stopped interest
    Halifax Loan - Accepted
MBNA Loan - Not sure with this one, they've accepted but say they can't extend the length of the loan?? Answers on a postcard please .....
Halifax OD - Stopped charging but haven't 'formally''accepted

That's all from memory, so I've probably missed one!

just wanted to say hello to everyone as im feeling a bit lonely at the moment.

my husband found a letter on saturday which made him realise just how much debt im in, he was so good he just showed me the letter and said 'is this yours' and i got a bit upset and he came and hugged me and didnt say anything else. he been so good he had to change banks last week and hes had a complete nightmare trying to change direct debits etc all because of me and hes not moaned once. i dont deserve him.

CCCS asked for some more info from me which i sent on thursday but they emailed me today asking for some more info. but once thats sent i think they will act quite quickly? im hoping it is set up for june as im fed up of feeling physically sick all the time.

oh well. a week to pay day and £7 in my purse. just fingers crossed for no punctures or repairs!

Hey Regret - :TAm very impressed with you DH and I'm quite sure you do deserve him!
You don't need to do the feeling sick any more, (thats from the queen of feeling and being sick, though to be fair I was also the queen of morning sickness). once cccs have all your info they will act quickly and they'll contact your creditors and it'll all start. You are doing what you can, being fair to yourself and your creditors....Keep thinking about the positives and remember they cant have what you haven't got.
Don't start me on the empty purse, 10 days to payday here and somehow the budget this month has gone to pieces...
    Take care x

    *shyly waves hello*

Sorry guys for being AWOL for a while, took all evening to catch up with you all and guess what, Ive now forgotten it all! Ooops

No excuse for being absent, so all hand slapps accepted :o

Im glad to see we've got lots of new faces, seems we just keep getting bigger and bigger which is fab. If there are any newbies who want a paddle number, pm me and Ill add you to the raft :rotfl: paddle included

Nothing much DP wise to tell you about, everyone has now sent me their default notices and Im hoping with the extra cash to be debt free in 2013, thats 5 years earlier than expected which is soooo cool :D:D:D

On a more serious note, has anyone heard from Pollywoggle? I pm'd her last night so hopefully she'll get in touch. Im quite upset that she thought she was being ignored. I know its hard when there are lots of new faces all appearing at the same time. Hopefully she'll be back.

A big hello to everyone and Ill promise not to disappear again

*wanders off with head in hands*

Wow Nat - 2013!!!! That's amazing, am really please for you - though could possibly have typed that in green! That's one powerful paddle!

    How's the driving going?
:TDS and rolling!Clever boy! Is he really pleased when he does it?
One of mine used it for quite a long time as a method of travel...mmm where would be the most dangerous place roll to... DD never got it, probably still hasn't as she's so very unco-ordinated.
DS is starting his school indoctrination, I mean induction...he's 4 and he means it when he says he's not going:( What to do...DD better from round two of the tonsils and DSthesmall and dangerous gets more shocking everyday, he laughs in the face of the naughty step - would spit at it if he knew how to... what to do!!!!

    Good to have you back

Well I can't sit up all night typing nonsense, that wouldn't be fair, but neck doesn't hurt like this! How does it suddenly give in and stop turning and cause massive pain???? DH thinks the first bit of his interview went well...tomorrow's the biggie though, poor love, it is like a form of torture!

True - glad you are feeling positve and seeing a differnce! Feels good to see the numbers go down! Even if its only in the right hand column!
