Hi all,

Have just caught up on 10 or so pages, new faces and lots of bits going on in DMP's.

Well were to start feeling much better, finally had a chat on Thurs into the early hours and have 99% sorted things out. He's accepted the fact i'm on a DMP and that most of salary is going to get saved up for F&F's or increase my payments not sure what to do on that one yet, as the 2 cards i could save up for have not been passed to DCA's but betime i've saved up they may have moved i guess. I'm also going to see the Dr about talking to someone and he said he will support me. WE've also decided to talk more to each other more and work at things a bit more. will just have to see how it goes over the next couple of months.

So paddlers hope your having an ok Monday and our debt cretins are staying clear.

Gabriella - sounds good, so glad you've had a talk with OH and you are going to talk more, sometimes its so hard just to fit that in in a day.

Hey True, can't you pay them through YOUR internet banking? That's what I used to do with mine and HSBC. Login your account and then there's usually a payee section which list CC providers, you just have to include CC number as reference. Takes about 3 days, I think. HTH x

Do you have your internet banking up and running, my old account used to actually list the banks/creditors or you can set it up yourself as VicB has said

Was hoping to be set up with payplan for June but doesnt look likely so want to send token payments just in case. Probably best to warn them anyway.

I do want to repay my debts but at the present time I am not in the position to pay the minimum monthly payments. I have recently joined Payplan who offer a non fee-charging debt management plan, which I hope to start on May 1st. (ID no: ********)

In the interim month or so I shall make a token monthly payment(s) of £20 as a sign of good faith. As soon as I have updated my situation and the Debt management plan is fully set up I / Payplan will contact you again.

As other people answer the telephone who are not aware of my situation, ie, my children. I would ask that all correspondence between us should be in writing.

I hope this is acceptable on a temporary basis.

Hi everyone
Ive not been on here for a while but my dmp with cccs is now up and running!!! My1st official payment went out to them on the 1st May and so far so good!!! Natwest are my biggest creditor as i have £8,00 owing to them for a loan and £430 overdraft. They have written to me to say they are accepting my reduced payments but nothing been mentioned about stopping interst charges etc.......
Capital one have also accepted my dmp and are stopping interest as are Argos Mastercard. Alliance and Leicester wrote to me to say they were closing my account, i only had an overdraft with tem of £250 which i wasn't paying anything on anyway!!!
Anyway no phone calls yet either!
Must admit im finding it a struggle not having a credit card to hard as there are o many things i want to buy but i just have to wait until payday!

Ted you are the finding letters Queen, I'm sure I saw one telling these people not to visit you, they have to be invited and they're not. They have about as much right to visit your home as the paper boy, ie none. You didn't need to even speak to him. Go girl, find the letter and whack it off. I would love one to come to the door, I'd set doggles on him.

True I send all our tokens by online banking, saves all the faffing with POs etc.
