Ooooo!!!! I've just called Metropolitan (who are basically HSBC, but nicer) and they've stopped all interest and charges AND offered me an early settlement figure!! Can't take the settlement but if they are offering now, thats got to be a good sign of things to come??

So thats all of them bar CrapOne that have stopped interest!! :j:j:j

Ooooh I'm hoping my HSBC loan gets passed onto them (crazy to think I WANT to be passed onto DCA :rotfl:) as I'm currently ignoring their ridiculous loan suggestion (which CCCS agreed with BTW).

I've still heard nothing from Cap1, Sainsburys Bank and Barclaycard, 2 CCCS payments have gone and not a sausage!

I haven't heard a peep from them - they've even stopped ringing!! I think they're concentrating their efforts on poor Teddy....

The guy I spoke to at Metropolitan said that if interest and charges are going to be stopped then the account has to be passed to them - might be good news for you then Vic :D

  • Hi

Teds - oh god what a nightmare someone coming to your door!!! Glad to hear they were nice though. Hope you are ok.

Can anyone tell me where i can get the template letter to let creditors know i am entering a DMP and send token payments?

Was hoping to be set up with payplan for June but doesnt look likely so want to send token payments just in case. Probably best to warn them anyway.

    Thanks

If you're with CCCS they do send you a letter for creditors with the welcome pack (sorry can't remember who you're with) if not National debtline have a letter for everything!!
