Of course there are worse things in life - you could say that about anything.
It doesnt mean that you have to accept shoddy service though!0 -

That doesn't mean you should get a full refund everytime you have to spend 5 minutes with a cloth to sort something out yourself.0 -

Actually then, how come so many complaints on here contain the wording "I've never known......." or "I've never been............." lol?0 -

Of course you include the cost of flights, it only costs petrol money to get to a holiday site in the UK or are flights free nowadays
Think you need to turn on your spellchecker BTW0 -

Probably not - but when I complained to Haven I didnt even get an apology, let alone a refund or even partial refund.
Some companies care and others don't. Haven is one of the former.0 -

Petrol for taking 6 people on holiday in the UK will be cheaper than paying for 6 return flights and petrol/parking to get to the airport for a holiday abroad, don't you take that into consideration when booking a holiday i think most people do as its a overall cost0

Oh, and the mould that was climbing out of the teapot due to last seasons tea bags being left in it was also fairly easily remedied.
You must be VERY easily pleased then.0 -
