Haha, have you ever driven past the one at Southport? Makes Colditz look like the Ritz. The reviews are hilarious, its like a survival holiday where nobody lasts longer than 2 nights hehe

Several years ago, we had a bad experience with Haven - so I went to Reception and asked to be moved before lunchtime the same day, or I would have no choice but to contact their Head Office. I was moved within the hour, into a chalet that was far superior to the one that we had booked. The staff also helped us to move our things.
I really don't think that you are entitled to a full refund and I find your letter to be rather arrogant.0 -
OP - I agree with what the other posters say.
If you didn't complain at the time and ask to be moved, then I don't think you have a case.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670
