Ipad hits u.s market today, Does it really worth to buy?

1) Apple products are too expensive than others
2) Lookwise it is good, it does not mean it is good
3) Nowadays all websites are having video support with flash, apple never allow flash so it is complete waste to buy only watch youtube and only applications. 150,000 application they say but hardly we use upto 100, 10 to 50 of them we rgularly use others we don't. If apple say 150,000 like that Microsoft can say it runs with 2 billions of websites and application.
4) No multitask is a big problem for apple
5) Cannot increase memory

Surely Apple produce new hardware and software simply to make $lots (and £lots, because of an abysmal exchange rate)?

And to sit back in their comfy chairs, chuckling, while pro- and anti-Apple people slug it out all over the internet for weeks and weeks!

I think iPad is just for fun, it's like a funny toy, it does something but nothing clever.

Functionality i would give 2/10
Design and look 9/10
adaptability 0/10

You can already buy tablets running Windows, so there's no need to wait.

TBH, doesn't matter how good or bad it is, people will still buy it. If its not for you, then don't buy it. No need to have a strop on a forum where its been discussed to death already.

I'm wondering how long it will be before someone finds out how to run linux on the ipad.

I'd probably be keener on the ipad if this were possible as I don't like the idea of being locked into using an apple o/s.

If this thread is not for you, then don't write it here, No need to have a strop on a thread, I hope you will understand if not leave it, better than talk something useless here. People already discussed all the matters if you browse internet you can see all but it's not customised as we expect, As you say we should not talk the matter already discussed,then i would say that's the reason forums in place. Otherwise MSE and other forums would have to do some other business. That's the reason in the whole world each one is different, you are not same as me so do i. If you think/cannot understand this thread stay away rather than bothering everybody else who spend their valuable time here.
