Like I said before - that's alright then. Problem solved.

I don't think you bother reading any of the responses, do you?

And by the way, a troll is someone who posts messages that are designed to provoke a lot of responses. Your posts have been like that - you should write scripts for East Enders!

Have a nice time in Maldives - don't forget to tell the people who pay your benefits that you'll be away.

Well done for taking the first steps to sorting this out!

Now you have identified this as a weak area in your marriage (the not talking about money and letting resentment fester until it becomes a huge deal) make sure that you do not let things ever get to this point again.

Make it a monthly (or weekly if you think it needs to be) look through the figures TOGETHER so that you both know what's going on. Maybe make it a nice supper once a month with a bottle of wine and make it a nice occasion, rather than one of stress.

You will both need to work hard not to slip into the old habits
    Best of luck!

I'm glad that your "frank exchange of views" appears to have cleared the air and am also glad that you've been able to talk things through and come to what appears to be a sensible arrangement. I wish you all the very best.

I've been trying to get to grips with your post and so looked at other recent ones you'd made. On 5th match you posted on another thread -
We have just paid £580 for two adults 1 baby 4 star self catering to Gran Canaria! Leave in a couple of weeks - is this aswell as your holiday to the Maldives? Is this from your savings too?
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

If you were due to leave in a couple of weeks after 5 March and going away for two weeks, you should be in Gran Canaria as we speak.

You also posted the following on another thread on 2/3/10 about PPI.

Mine is sickness, redundancy and job loss (sacked or dont pass probation) I paid £80 a month for 4 years then I got made redundant and now claim £2000 a month! I thhink its the best thing I ever took out!

Yet on this thread you said that you were only receiving £160 a week in WTC and CTC. So is it £2000 a month or £160 a week?

    Confused? Clearly.

Edit: In fact don't bother to answer that - does anyone else feel 'taken for a ride?'

Edit: Apologies, I should have said £160 per month, not per week.

I picked this up from one of your other posts

"I have gone from being a top laywer earning 4 times my husbands salary"

    Laywer = Lawyer?

Anyways, surely it's madness if you were earning 100k and having money troubles now, not to take on part-time or even full-time work in your area. Wouldn't it be job done then?

It must be very hard to rely on child benefits and tax credits of £160 after being a top lawyer?

As a 'top lawyer' even you must be able to see the holes in your story. I usually give posters the benefit of the doubt on here, but boy, do I smell a rat. Enough time wasted - I'm out of here. If anything that you have posted here is true, then I hope that you manage to sort things out.

She hit him. She had a choice. You. Do. Not. Hit. People. There is NO justification. You do not use violence to win an argument regardless of what someone says.

And if you do this routinely Any, if you think that's acceptable to belt someone over a few words, you have a serious problem.

I have never hit anyone, but verbal abuse is as bad as physical abuse in my eyes... I've met people seriously damaged just by verbal abuse, no hitting ever involved.

All this rubbish about you can overlook verbal abuse... Sorry, this doesn't stand with me.

And your last sentence just cuts it, it really does... Just because I don't agree with you you make me violent person??

I think they both need to apologise. Violence is clearly wrong, so is verbal abuse of this nature. Neither have any place in a family. Is this the right atmosphere to bring up children in?

Agreed. They both need to appologise. She is not the only one who lost it.
