had a letter today from excel,had the 1st 1 asking for payment in 14 days .the new 1 is a final demand from excel.having problems putting scaned letter onto site?.must admit a bit worried that i've had a letter which is different to the 1 on the site

Here we go again!. Could you please start your own thread as this one is only for listing the various letters sent out by PPCs.

hi i think i've sust how to put this letter on,are they taking me to court as this letter does state "final demand prior to court action

I have just received a new letter from Roxburghe Debt collectors on behalf of New Generation Parking.

It says the have photographic evidence of the driver, well even if they do - I wasn't driving - so where does that leave them?

It says at the bottom under 'important notice' that "the principal (registered keeper) is liable for the acts of its agent (the driver)". see here:
