TCP And Whyte Letter Chain

Options
In the Hospital Parking Fine thread, AlexisV suggested that this bunch of clowns only send three letters then give up.

I commented that I have so far received 4, so Stphenliverpool1 asked me to post them. So here they are:

I also notice adding is not their strong point. In the TCP letter they are claiming £60 and say that if I don't pay a £10 administration fee will be payable and yet somehow, Whyte's are trying to mug me for £82.

Hope this helps.

Absolutely. Fortunately they also repeat it again in the instruction: "This debt may be paid....
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • "If you were not the driver and you wish to provide driver details..."

Personally I wish NOT to provide driver details, thank you for inviting me to do so!

Who on this planet are Town & City to declare their actions "adjudication"? An adjudicator is a competent court, it is NOT the same party that issued the bogus document in the first place.

So the debt collectors are currently on amber with their colouring. I suppose red comes next...when it's time for them to stop.
