The Small Claims Court is specifically excluded from CPR 31.16

After ignoring the previous 4 letters, I have now received letter 5 from Newlyn relating to an alleged £240 charge due to Civil Enforcement Ltd. I don't see this particular letter listed. It has 'Urgent Response Required' as the large heading in a pink box. They say if I don't contact them as a matter of urgency it will result in further action being taken against me. I assume I just ignore this one too?

The only reason it's not listed is because no-one has posted a picture of it yet - it's newbies like you who have given us these letter-chain pictures. If you wish to show it (minus ID details) to help others follow the scam letter-chain in future, just pm Crabman or reply here with a (broken) link to a hosted pic of it.

To post a broken link I think you can just remove the http:// at the start and the forum will then allow it to be shown, and we can then convert it to a full link.

But you can see from the Civil Enforcement letter-chain and the Vinci Letter-chain (see first post in full), that Newlyn like to vary the wording in that 'scary pink box'! Is yours completely different than both the Civil Enforcement and the Vinci versions? If it is, please let's see it, not because it means anything but to complete our letter-chains.



Also, can anyone post, please, the latest efforts from Euro Car Parks who now seem to use different Debt Collectors according to a recent thread?

I have just received this additional letter from Newlyn in connection with a Civil Enforcement charge. Interestingly the client ref has now become a Council ref and the barcode that was on previous letters has vanished.
