I should add that the original 'parking contravention' allegation, had a photo of my car leaving the car park, and they say they have further photographic evidence. You cannot make out who is driving in the photo, but I'm not sure how good these cameras are.

You really should be staring your own thread over this matter. This one is here to list the various letters sent out by PPCs, their debt collectors and "solicitors"

I'm not smart enough to start my own thread. It is about a letter I have received from Newlyn, which seems to be a first, but don't want to upset anyone so I'll bow out.

Don't do that. It's dead easy to start your own thread. Just click on the link above which says "Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking". This will take you to the "front page" where you will see a button for staring a thread near the top on the left. If you have your own thread then you will get more attention and not be lost in this one.

Thanks to all who take the time to post details and help out here.

This thread is taking ever more time to update so I would ask for your cooperation when updating the letterchains:

    1) State the name of the PPC

    2) Check that the letter you are posting doesn't already exist in our list

    3) Ensure that you've removed ALL identifiable details AND any codes, barcodes, etc. that the company could use to easily identify you.

Finally, please only post here if you have a new letter to share for the first post. For anything else, please start a new thread on the board. This can be done by clicking on the "Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking" link in the breadcrumb (below the green site header) and then clicking "New Thread".
  • i got a ticket in my works car and now they say it has to be paid... anyone know the law on this one??

See above and below in red - this is an INFO thread only!!

samsara19 I look forward to seeing your own thread if you still need advice after reading this thread and of course, reading 'welcome, please read before posting'. Once you have seen the Watchdog clip there you will know the answer.

But I am confused as you also posted this here on another irrelevant hijacked thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2294335

Please, your own thread would be needed if you do still have questions, that's how forums work - new query, new thread.

Could you please start your own thread as this one is just for listing letters received from parking companies.
