Link (a) is for the appeal decision received from MET Parking Services (we assume this is a generic letter)

Link (b) is for a letter received from McDonald's in relation to the above 'PCN'

Hi everyone,
I have received a parking charge notice from Topher Ltd, after overstaying in a Homebase car park. Having read all the previous discussions and advice about private parking companies, I am planning to ignore it, though I am apprehensive about receiving further letters from them.
I just wanted some reassurance really that ignoring them was the right thing to do, or if I should write to them. I know some seem to holder the driver responsible, but this one is aimed at the registered owner, so they have the correct recipient and our details. Does that make a difference? Also, they appear to be members of the British Parking Association - again not sure if that really means much?
Thanks - very appreciative of this forum and the advice it gives. I I ried to attach the letter from Topher to add to the database of letters but it wouldn't allow me to as I am a new user??0 -
Welcome to MSE. Could you please start your own thread, as this one is just for listing the various letters received from PPCs.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

So so glad I came across these threads. I was just in the process of bailing, havinng received a final warning from Graham Whites Solicitors as I've never had nor do I ever want a CCJ against me despite knowing I'm doing the right thing regarding my parking ticket. 9.30 at night 2 obstructed signs on a back wall of what can only be described as waste ground. left my car to meet my daughter from a concert and low and behold despite 20-30 other parents doing the same thing I got a ticket cos I left my car. !!!!!! had scribbled it out and ran. Ive done what MSE has said and ignored all contact but getting a bit wobbly up until I saw these posts and am feeling a little more assured of holding out. Anyone else had the mobile phone calls and texts from Roxburghe using 5-6 different mobiles yet? Go to www. whocallsme .com to see all the different numbers they use. W@nk3rs:mad:0

Hi everyone!
I recently got a parking invoice from Total Parking Solutions (don't worry, there's not a chance on this earth they'll get a penny from me!)
However, my letter differs slightly from the one posted on here - it has the logo at the top and a photograph of my car entering & leaving. Should I upload that one too?0 -

Yes please, all updated letters welcome if there's a different version.
As a newbie you cannot post full links so either pm Crabman with your link - so he can check it's completely anonymous, all identifying info removed - or just post a 'broken' link here (without the http and the/ at the beginning).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
