Where they actually from real bailiffs, or just debt collectors? There is a great difference between them.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

My company have recieved a letter from Debt Recovery Plus after i parked my company car on the private estate where i live. There are no yellow lines and we had no permits at the time just one space each which was constantly parked in by visitors. I did not park in anybody elses space or cause any obstruction. I sent an appeal in via email shortly after having the ticket issued but i have had nothing in response. Ethical Parking who issued the ticket have just passed it to Debt Recovery Plus who are now stating that i must pay £140.00 or face recommended legal action. What should i do

You still haven't started your own thread. This one is for listing the letters received from various parking companies. Did you see my instruction on starting a new thread?

Thread updated, we'd like to welcome NPC to our list :hello:

Thanks to those who PM'd me with updates, they've all been included above.

Old posts have been sent to the archive thread :)
  • Hi,

I had an initial letter from Euro Car Parks but have now received correspondance from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd not Brinx Debt Collection Services as listed in the attachments above. Have they changed collection companies, should I continue to ignore these letters?

    Thanks

Of course you do. This debt collection is no different to any other. They are powerless to do anything to you.

  • Have read all the info regaring parking eye on this forum and would normally ignore them. The problem is I did appeal before I looked them up on the net and so have needlessly armed them with information. I admitted to being the driver (I know -careless of me ) and even worse I admitted to using the car park but not the shops. I had run into our local town centre for an hour. So not only do thy know I was the driver but also that I parked on the Retail Park and didn't use the shops on the site.

I have just received Final Notice from their legal department.

Do I still ignore them - or have I stitched myself up.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Just continue to ignore them, if they come back to you with signed court papers you have nothing to worry about
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

After a single letter from Roxburghe it now appears to have gone on to the standard set of letters from Graham White. Enough examples on here already so not worth posting it.
