Have now got the first letter.

The Important Notice to Registered Keepers makes for interesting reading. It looks as though they are trying a new tack in claiming that the RK is responsible for the debt - the 'common law doctrine of the law of agency'

Here are the clicky versions of those Athena letters (Charge Certificate indeed, and a pseudo Debt Collector headed paper entitled 'Legal Recoveries & Collections' which refer to an 'offence'!). Misleading, intimidating, and probably against CPUTR and OfT Debt Collector guidelines as well as the Protection from Harassment Act:

Just found this site linked from pepipoo.

I've been getting letters from FlashPark, when I get a chance I will upload them so they can be added to the list.

Although theynare almost identical in look and wording to some of the others on this forum.

My wife has just recieved a letter from the above. She has been issued a payment notice for parking in a no access area (a yellow grid) at Perry Bar Shopping Centre in Birmingham.
On the letter there is cctv footage of my wife on the grid, but if you look at the times on each photo the 1st one is 3.10.51 and the 2nd one which has her driving off and not on the grid is 3.11.01. Which in my reckoning makes just less than 10 seconds on the grid as the 2nd photo shows the car off the grid, which doesnt really constitute as being parked.
Having read other posts regarding this company i am inclined to ignore them. My wife is just worried about being taken to court what do people reckon.
The letter has in big blue writing as the header DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER

I have received a letter from Total Parking solutions with whom I have a dispute they have replied saying We are aware you are using standard letters (I was using the templates from the website) and we cannot accept them in place of a genuine appeal. Unless payment is made within 7 days further action will be taken.

Stop using templates and STOP writing to them! You are taking them too seriously!

We are aware that THEY use standard letters as well! :rotfl:

Probably one of the first people to get ticketed when these cowboys took over running the carpark.

Thanks to the information and posters on this site I declined the invitation to pay £90 for parking at this free car park.

Had about 8 or 9 letters between october 10 and January 11 as specified in the forum

Its now been nearly two months since the last threatening letter and no further contact!!!
