They can't just "apply for a CCJ". for that to happen the case has to go to court (very unlikely) you lose (very, very unlikely) and then you refuse to pay whatever the judge orders within 28 days. This whole scenario is so unlikely that it will never happen. Especially so with Euro who have gone on record saying that they never take anyone to court.
Could I just say that this thread is just about the sort of letters you should expect from PPCs. You really should have started your own thread. That way it will be flagged up to more people reading this forum. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Here is a copy of the fine I received in the post from a private company for "accessing" their road. It also for some weird reason include a newspaper clipping about parking fines made through cameras... I have scanned the so called ticket and "charge notice" as well as their newspaper clipping and advertisement for St. Petersburg which they seem to have kindly included.. I cannot paste the direct link to the photos but if you visit the website www. photobucket . com and search my user name 01emino you will be able to see the album containing the photos. >> http : //s1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc502/01emino/0

Woooohooo they do make you laugh don't they, especially with that unprofessional newspaper article included, what's that about? This is a new one for Crabman's first post I think. We have heard of them before (who could forget that name?!) but haven't had the fake PCNs posted before, thanks.
Please let Crabman have scans of any other letters these clowns send to you and keep ignoring it all of course!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I got a Parking Eye ticket today, the same as pic 2 for overstaying in a local retail park which I was shopping and eating in. Can see why people pay up, has an echo of the police to it with the block border. Thanks for showing what other bits of tat I can expect from these cowboys to receive:beer:2013 wins: Persil Bunny0

Our experience of the expected time line for correspondence...the dates are approximate for their letters not when we got them...
Start
Ticket Mid October - Central Ticketing - £65
Next
Roxburghe Early December - £147 "we have been instructed...notice to registered keeper.." etc.
Note no letter from CT!
Next
Roxburghe just before Xmas - £147 "we will pursue this matter to conclusion.. Graham White..Potential legal action" etc
Next
Graham White just before New Year - £207.25 "intended legal action..County Court...could..may...baliffs... 7 days...." etc
In fact because of the weather the last two appeared within days of each other in the New Year!
No phone calls yet.....
Letter 4 (see page1 ) from Graham White arrives exactly as described - 5 days after the letter date - giving 7 days to pay up. The good news is the amount they want has gone down! A few more letters like this and they'll be owing us money.0 -
I'm suprised that APCOA aren't on here , I would add them but my scanner is out of action atm. Although to be fair all you get is the invoice from APCOA followed by the same old Roxburke and Graham White nonsense letters.0

Help - new to this site - I have received a letter from HighView Parking Ltd with pretty pictures of my car showing me parked for 2 hours and 2 minutes at the retail park in Wembley - I was parked there because my (disabled) son and his brother were at Wembley watching TNA Wrestling - after dropping them off, I went to IKEA to kill time, got fed-up and parked at the retail park where I had arranged to meet them after the show - I was in the car the whole time, reading - I stayed around Wembley to save petrol driving back to where I live and back to Wembley - should I appeal against the ticket or do nothing? I did not see any signs saying I couldn't park there, and I certainly wouldn't park and leave my car there unattended - had I known I would get photographed and fined, I would have stayed at IKEA - any information would be helpful. Thank you and sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.0

Yes, this is the wrong place. This thread is for listing letters received from PPCs and debt collection companies. It would be better is you started your own thread. That way you will get more answers.
As quick answer, just ignore them and don't contact them. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Hello again people.
After recieving what I thought to be the entire letter chain in relation to a UKPC parking invoice (issued ove five months ago), I received another piece of fan mail today which appears to be a new tactic. It's from Colemans CTTS, which appears to be a (somewhat) legitimate firm.
I'll update you in case something interesting happens, but in the meanwhile, please feel free to add this letter to the chain:

Obviously, add http:// immediately before the above line.
Thanks,
