I got the same letter today.
Is this a new tactic. Is a legit company?Comping 2008 wins £4842 2009 wins £950.50 2010 Wins £140 2011 £00 -
Hello again people.
After recieving what I thought to be the entire letter chain in relation to a UKPC parking invoice (issued ove five months ago), I received another piece of fan mail today which appears to be a new tactic. It's from Colemans CTTS, which appears to be a (somewhat) legitimate firm.
I'll update you in case something interesting happens, but in the meanwhile, please feel free to add this letter to the chain:

Obviously, add http:// immediately before the above line.
Thanks,
Ash
An outstanding account ? Did you open an account with them then. ? Honestly that is desperation , you don't have an account, this is not credit, you owe them nothing, just ignore!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

The person driving a car that happens to be registered to me recieved the ticket invoice. Why they're pursuing the registered keeper is beyond me.
Anyway, Colemans is a (somewhat shady imo) law firm and have done court in the past.

Nothing came out of it, mind.
I'll be keeping my eye on this and will let you know what happens, but I'm quietly confident. If they want to take me to court, I'll make mincemeat out of them. I already have my defence sorted

Hi,
I have received 3 letters from Parking Eye, as listed in your examples.
However I have now received a solicitors letter from Pannone (Manchester) which is not listed here, threatening to take me to court.
I have ignored all 3 previous letters, as advised here. What should I do now? Ignore this one?
Would you be interested in me sending a scanned copy of this letter to include in this thread?
Not sure I can upload on my first posting.
Thanks.0 -

Just ignore as advised, they are basically the same and unless you get stamped court papers you should file them and live your life
In regards to scanning the paperwork, please do so, but remove anything that can identify you including bar codes, just post it onto tinypic or photobucket and post the link here, just remove the http part so you can post the link.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. This is my 7th letter from MET, there was a gap of 3 months before I received this one, which is a direct copy of the last one, they didn't even bother to change the date. Now that's just lazy :-)

Yesterday I received a PCN from ParkingEye. I was suspicious as it claimed i had overstayed at a car park I had never heard of in a street with no car park and with no town quoted! The "we only are open for receipt of money and don't correspond or answer questions" approach and the operation from a PO Box further raised my suspicions. Glad to have found this site but sorry to hear this is a long term practice. I would like to know how such bandits can be shut down and not just re-opened with a new name.0

Welcome to the forum. Could we ask you to start your own thread on this matter as this particular one is reserved for listing the various letters that are received from parking companies and their associates. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Thank you for the advice, I have added to a more appropriate thread.0

Just for the record, i am pleased to report that Parking Eye have now cancelled the PCN they issued against me.
