I looked at the one where it showed the parking board and I noticed that it didn't have the address nof Civil Enforcement like the one at Nisas, so i'm still wary
You are taking this too seriously. Please take our advice and stop worrying. This is just a tin-pot private parking company with no special powers, and they can safely be ignored. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Hi,
Could somebody add my scans from UK Parking Patrol Office as described in my thread? I don't think they're already on this guide.

I was having a pint last night when a friend came in all in a thither, he had just received a UKCPS ticket. He was going to pay it. Soon put him right and asked him for the ticket told him to ignore all future letters. Looked here to see if a copy was here but could not see one.
Reading through the sections made us laugh what planet do these people come from?

I have asked the question of several PPCs regarding the supposed "offence" that is commited when their useless bits of paper are removed. So far not one company has replied. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

So they state court action will be taken against the RK if payment not received, how do they know they were driving ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Paper chain so far from "Premier Park Ltd (Exeter)"

Sorry - I'm a newuser so MSE won't let me upload links in my first posting, hence the insertion of -dot-. Could you edit it accordingly please Crabman? PP claimed that details would be passed to a Collection Agency who will 'commence proceedings' but surprise surprise ....
A second letter has just arrived [but I haven't scanned it in yet].
Thanks,
HedgehogGirl
