  • Thanks Bandageman, we're obviously on the same time scale, that letter you've just uploaded was the same as I've just received.

  • Hi there

Ive had all of the above letters from excel and all had gone quiet but then tonight they tried to reach me by phone. I was out at the gym at the time and so my dad answered but they wouldnt tell him anything. Has anyone had any experience of this? If so it would seem a good thing to put up on with the letters list. Im guessing the advice on this would be to just ignore the call like the letters?

    Regards

Same advice, just completely ignore, but if you do happen to speak to their debt collectors , just tell them this call is being recorded and the debt is expressly denied and to pass it back to excel, if they don't they are breaking the law should they contact you again.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Cheers for the response, is much appreciated.

Wasn't a debt collector that phoned, was someone from the graham white 'solicitors'/call centre. In their defence they were quite quick to start badgering me for some stupidly hiked up price, but like i said went quiet for two months then decided to try me on the phone. Like the idea ive wasted there time and resources that little bit more though :D

Graham white are a letterhead of roxburghe , at a guess they were the debt collectors, you will notice they share the same address, they are being investigated by the SRA in regards to the fake demands, the same advice applies from the above, if they phone again say that you know its roxburghe acting as GW and the call is being recorded, so tell them to pass the file back to excel, and not to call or contact you again as it would be harassment and illegal. Then hang up and don't enter into any further discussion!

I'll add the telephone call to the Excel list in the first post along with the fact it came around 2 months after their last letter to you. How many calls did you receive?
