I don't know if there are anymore to come. Could they be added to the list of the 1st post and then I'll delete them from my server.
    Thanks.

Hi gzed, thanks for these but MSE doesn't actually host the photos. You'll have to upload them to a site such as photobucket (see sticky thread for detailed help) and then post the "direct links" (ending in .jpg) here.

    *drum roll please*

We proudly present... UK Combined Perk... I mean Parking Solutions (UKCPS) together with two letters from "Court Proceedings Ltd."

Many thanks to toerash for taking the time to scan and upload these so others are aware of the scam. Much appreciated. :D

I have uploaded to photobucket. Better for my own privacy.

    Hey Crabman,

As promised, here is the CP plus letter! My scanner wont scan as a jpg. ( or i cant do it! ), so I have taken photos and uploaded to photobucket. I did use the upload thread you linked to but let me know if I need to make any more adjustments!

Here they are, front and back, just add the http://

    i1221.photobucket.com/albums/dd471/scam_the_scammers/CPplusfront.jpg

    i1221.photobucket.com/albums/dd471/scam_the_scammers/CPplusback.jpg

    Many thanks
  • just an update that I have now recieved a letter from a company called Newlyn, on behalf of the University of Bradford insisting on paying up the fine. One thing that has drawn to my attention is that the Civil parking Notice is now a 'council' notice as it states on the letter

In what context do they use 'council'?

Take a look at the main thread under Civil Enforcement Limited as they too seem to use Newlyn.
  • sorry should have phrased that better. Newlyn have used the word Council Ref Number as opposed to CPN number. In regards to your reference on the main thread it says client ref, other than that the letter is pretty much the same
