    Tara:
Eat as soon as you can

The old advice was to not eat anything for a day or two, but now it is recommended that you eat foods high in carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice or potatoes) and other foods as soon as you feel like it. Salty foods such as soup can help replace salt lost from your system.
If you feel you cannot eat, it shouldn't do you any harm, but make sure you continue drinking fluids and eat as soon as you are able.
If your child wants to eat, offer soups and foods high in carbohydrates at first. Your child can eat normally as soon as possible. If your child refuses to eat, continue to offer drinks and wait until their appetite returns.

.. OMG elle! what a knobby knob head receptionist and doctor! What has it got to do with them anyway?! You had it prescribed by your GP who put it on repeat. no? I think I'll come up and give her a slap, she should keep her un-medically-qualified nose out of your business! I'm incensed!

Ironically, the GP asked "Who put you on this?!" - he did!! Grrr... :o In fact, might see if I can see Rhys' GP, he works Monday afternoons... At least he gets all the letters from Rhys' consultant so he knows all about Rhys which the other GP doesn't. Perhaps I was mistaken with taken a happy smily baby with me - didn't give the "sick baby who would benefit from EBM" vibe too well! *sigh*

3 - are you coming too? I wanna snoop in the car

Yes - but please be aware that the car also comes in a 'clean' option. :o

I might need to print myself out a map. The battery has gone on the sat nav, and I think the cable is in OH's car, which funnily enough, is in Warrington.

Weezl Lovely to see you. 3 is very much enjoying being a SAHM. :D
How is your lovely bump? Are you getting excited/terrified now?
 at the highchair incident. I was thinking of getting one of those, maybe not.
Mel was about a couple of days ago with the news that Kai is walking. :T

Em :T for Seth walking too.
All of these little ones are taking over and walking before V. :(

El We've missed you. Did you enjoy your night without Rhys, or worry all night about him?

Question for those with bigger ones; When do they have no bottles?
HV yesterday was talking about it, saying to try the milk in a cup with one of those tops thats not quite sippy cup/not quite teat.
I can't remember when J & L stopped bottles completely, but they must have at some point because they're not on bottles now at 9 & 12. :D

Also, HV said V should only be having 16oz of milk a day now, not the 28oz she's currently on. But as she's also tall & slim , i'm not worried that she's overeating just yet.

Gosh my stomach's churning. Caitlyn's going to the CM at 10am today until half 2. She's fast asleep in the car ATM, so hopefully will be in a good(ish) mood when we go. But she's also full of snot and has been blowing some quite comical bubbles this morning!
