So sorry about Fergie. Was it his antilop that collapsed? Is there anything that we should all be checking?
Lovely to see you, I have been worried xx
hey all thanks for the welcome back
nope, not the antilop (phew) t'was a clip to the side of the table one, because my back couldn't cope so well with lifting him in and out of the antilop. It's upsetting though because it's a mothercare one (trusted brand) and he is at least 5kgs below the weight limit for it...
We kinda knew he was ok cos he hollered immediately, but the hourly checks thru the night were a killer!
Kindof, I hope you slept! Elliot will be more likely to emerge if you can make sure you combat 3 things, fatigue, dehydration, and anything that's making you feel unsafe/unready. I hope that helps, tho me saying that when you have insomnia is worse than useless! Can you nap in the day?
MFD, LOL at consultant saying Ben, how weird did it feel?
Our GP rang me the other day. I've never been just called Fergus' mum before, always more like, are you louise, fergus' mum which is more me.
So the GP looks at the notes, sees fergies real first name, ignores that it says 'they call him fergus', and begins the phone call with, 'Hi, is that John Woolley's mum'.
I was so perplexed that I didn't say anything for about 10 secs.
The only John Woolley I know is my DH's great uncle, and to have been his mum would have made me be dead for about 45 years....:rotfl:
What is MMs secret please? and is work ok and did she go on the horrid training yet?
what came of philip's contact re new work?
Is beenies neighbour thingie any less stressful?
TIA! YOU HAVE TO PICK BITS OFF YOUR TONSILS????:eek::eek:

and big hellos to everyone else sorry I'm well out of it on all your news!
susan, do you think if I tried that squeezing thing with the shields on, I could create an expressing environment where nothing actually touches my nipple?

Hey Weezl no I didnt lol, I slept from 10-11pm, then again from about 1-2am, i've been on the sofa since, I am having trouble keeping my eyes open athe minute (OH is due to get up for work soon) but as soon as he goes to work I may take myself to bed or nap on sofa

EA - Hope you didn't think I was criticising you for holding Lily all night, some comments after mine suggest that perhaps I have. I didn't mean anything by it but know from experience it can take a bl00dy long time to get LO out of the habit of sleeping on you - it took months here and even know he still wakes up wanting to come in our bed!
Slept til 4am then awake for 30mins then back to sleep til 7am :j
