How easy is it to spot a wem?

hi everyone, just a quick question if no-one minds?

I comp by searching through the threads using the thread title in ascending order so that I enter comps the day before they finish. I'm just on it now and between my changing pages from one to another all the 11/07 pages have disappeared. 11/07 isn't until tomorrow so presumably there's gonna be a load of comps I miss if they've been pulled a day early, as they won't all have expired yet.

Any ideas anyone? I'm sure they aren't there because the list goes from an E:10/12 thread to an E: 11/08.

Jill, usually WEM's say congratulations or winner in the title, I have had some before that were just titled the same as the entry I had sent whcih made it less obvious. And it's worth checking your spam folder too. If in doubt check anything you are unsure of and the more experienced compers on here might be able to advise you how to filter your wems into a folder on your desktop but that's much too advanced for me :rotfl:

If you scroll to the bottom of the Game Over forum set the options to sorted by - thread title / sort order - ascending / from the - last year
E: 11/07 start half way down p 998

The board guides are hard working volunteers and they move the comps when they can. They only move them early occasionally and it only took me a few extra mins to find them in GO.

thanks very much, I do appreciate the hard work of the board guides as I moderate boards on other non-MSE forums myself, I wasn't having a go at anyone about it I was just a bit lost as to how to find the comps. Never thought of looking in GO, perhaps it's the warm weather frying my brain lol.
