its helps if you know what your power levels are and know what they should be
if you post this and tracerts and do speed tests with router removed BEFORE you post on the groups it saves time and helps 2ndline support out and in the end yourself
if they open a post with all the needed info you will get a fix quicker its that simple
really instead of waiting to be told what to do just do it anyway.
regarding your newsgroup client download a free program called
grabit http://www.shemes.com/index.php?p=download
install it all it will ask for is the address i give you today and it will do the rest
once that is done and it updates the group list post back and i will help you set the rest up0 -

i cant get the news group to work at all.. i downlaoded that grabbit tht was reccomended tried to do it and it just didint find it again (the virgin broadband thread)0
