  • I am really quite disappointed with T-Mobile. Their call centre has become crap. They charged me 25p to speak to someone. I would rather pay £1 or £2 to speak to someone properly trained and in the UK.

What posessed T-Mobile to make the god awful business decision to shove their service centre over seas?

They do have a UK Call Centre, based near where I live. I'm sure if you google "T Mobile Doxford Park" then something will come up. It wouldn't be a premium number either.

Regarding the Vodafone Sales Representative, thank you for the reply! I'm looking forward to getting a phone call soon. Hopefully it'll all be sorted tomorrow :)

    Finally!

3 phone calls to t-mobile, and I finally speak to someone with sense!

I now have an unbranded Desire from Mobiles, with the Android tariff.

Shame it took 30 minutes speaking to people who don't understand the words "Where in your Terms does it say this?", and 3 minutes with a lovely lady who sorted it.

Do you have name for the 'lovely lady' by any chance? My Desire didn't turn up today but I suspect i'll be having this problem when it does as I ordered from mobiles.co.uk.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

The lady that called me back was Rihanna, she was ringing on behalf of her manager Stacy.

No overseas call center unless theres been a mass exodus of scousers

Many thanks. I'm just disappointed mine didn't turn up today. I'll be on the phone first thing tomorrow to see what's happened to it.

Well I chased them up this morning and in between phoning them and them calling back it arrived.

BTW the chap I spoke to at mobiles.co.uk couldn't have been more helpful or apologetic so even though it's a day late at least their customer service seem good.

It's on charge now and I can't wait to start playing!

One other point I think the packaging of the phone was great too. Gave it a nice quality feel.

I wrote to the threeblog team, but they didnt publish the post neither did they reply. i had asked for the complaints department contact details but didnt get a reply. the three website doesnt give any contact details for the complaints department. i tried calling three but they are very reluctant to even give me the contact details for the complaints department, discussed with customer services department who in turn again bumped me off to the customer options team and guess what they ask me if i ordered the hero on both orders!!! i told them i never ordered the hero at any time and that i was waiting for this phone even though my contract had expired in january. then they agreed i had the desire noted on both my orders made on the 15th but even though i was assured phone was in stock and will be delivered on 22nd but when my order was processed the phone went out of stock and hence the delay and might take a week and will get both the phones for the plan i ordered when the next stock comes and they dont know when it will come because of the disruptions in deliveries due to cargo problems or something like that.

anyway one confusion hopefully sorted and they agreed they indeed had documentation of both my orders for the desire on the plan they had agreed with me. and just waiting for the delivery now.

i told them that vodafone has a web relations team sorting out problems for customers on MSE and three network needs to get their act together and have representatives here as well to provide a better service. i was told my feedback would be passed on to the relavant department to be looked into. so hopefully we will have three representatives sorting out customer problems on MSE as well in future if they act on my feedback.

Can orange and tmobile and O2 customers also give feedback to their companies about having company web relations representatives on MSE to sort out customer problems please. Doing so will help us all get a better service for MSE members hopefully.

I just got one and it's blown my mind!

Got it on Orange, had to pay £50 for my upgrade but on a 24 month contract got 600 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited browsing for £35 a month.

    Pretty good I reckon.
Mine arrives today and I got 800 minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited internet, 15 free photo messages per month for £25 per month. Oh and the phone for free.

did you order on tmobile network via omio or cnet uk websites to get that deal.

    and when did you order.

am looking around for websites who will deliver sooner but allow me to keep my present number. that way i can tell three where to shove their phones for their goofing up on both my orders as i still have PAC codes which are just a week old.

for some reason the mobile co uk website never seems to load when ever i tried accessing that website.

edit: got a call back from three apologising for the delay and that will deliver as soon as stock arrives. so guess will just wait for 3 to deliver the phones now

@ bubblesmoney.... flossy's deal sounds like an Orange deal not T-Mobile to me...

Sorry if I am wrong and it has previously been mentioned. Its a great deal though to get all those mins and texts and a free (amazing) phone for £25 a month but the 500MB internet killed all posability of me getting an Orange deal unfortunately.

Anyway have had confirmation that my desire is on its way now... big grin on my face, can't wait.
