I've been going through some boxes of clothes in an attempt at a tidy-up and have sorted a few nice things which no longer fit to go to the charity-shop. Amongst those I have found a now-forgotten pair of vintage Terry de Havilland snakeskin and suede high-heeled shoes, barely worn. I'm going to get those up on ebay and see if I can get a tenner for them. They sell for about £400 new. I know my find doesn't really count but I'm rather pleased. I could really do with a tenner right now0

what size are they? - been after some vintage snakeskin shoes for a while so I shall look out for them....People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

They're size 5 1/2, open-toed. with ankle-straps. Very vampy. I'm surprised I had the nerve to wear them. Oh, the igorance of youth! I daresay they would be categorised as f-me shoes, these days.0
