    Bank: MBNA Credit Card
    Amount Claimed: £2121
    Amount Received: £2224.37

This one took some doing! Sent a letter asking for statements, which they didn't respond to. Phoned them and harrased them and eventually got a list of charges (FOC!).
Sent a letter, received a "No" reply. Sent another letter received an offer of £870. Declined the offer but they sent the cheque anyway. Wrote accepting as a part payment and took them to court for the rest.

Yesterday they filed a defence (didn't even acknowledge first) and this morning I've received a letter and cheque for the outstanding amount, interest and court fees. Result!

Many thanks for everyone's help and re-assurance.
