I have loads of £10 charges from a few years back when my account was a student account. I also have more resent charges ranging from 12.50 to £50. Is it worth including the £10 charges in the claim?
Any help appreciated
Thanks
Ben

Halifax don't seem to be playing ball. Took them 8 weeks to get back to me (for my partner's account) - after being 'clever' and sending a letter stating they were looking at the case within the required 14 days. Have now offered £344 on a reclaim of £598 (inc interest). Given us 14 days to get back to them (by phone - not letter) if do not wish to accept this. Has anyone else obtained the fully amount from the Halifax?
Additionally, they also stated that they did not have to refund the credit card charges which I refuted and it took them 6 weeks to send copy credit card statements. I am putting a claim in plus interest today for these charges.0 -

If you live in England and Wales you start here provided you have sent the bank the letter telling them you are taking court action.

Have you phoned the bank to find out if they will be sending out the cc statements as well as that is your first port of call.0
