Claim £900.00
Paid £900.00
20th october.
Started in may with help from Penalty charges and a personal push from Martin, it took for the balifs to be called in before they paid up. I AM now after Abbey who have made a defence and have a further 28 days I think, I am also after Capitol One who have made a partial offer.

I read Martin's blog.
If their unlawfully chargin your account has resulted in you requiring to take out loans, an pushed you further into debt, I would of claimed the interest as a foreseeable loss due to the Banks unlawful actings.0 -
A couple of months ago, i started a claim against abbey for the sum of £3,208.28 in chages and interest charged over the past 6 years. This high amount was a culmination of being low paid, and trying to make ends meet living day to day. The lowest point was when i ammounted a total of £380 of charges in 1 month. This was caused by the previous months charges being put on the account and taking me overdrawn again. Instead of the bank realising that i was in financial trouble, they just carried on charging me every month. After seeing that the charges were in effect illegal, i decided to try and claim the charges back. I wrote off to abbey with all the evidence ready with my first letter. Within 2 weeks then immediatly paid me back £335 into my account without even notiying me. It almost seemed that they were admitting some amount of fault by paying so promptly...
But following the rules outlined in this website i rejected the settlement, and are now taking them to court for the full ammount plus interest.
Wish me luck.

Bank: Nastywest
Claim £4995.00 with interest and court fees £6100.00
I started this claim in August and natwest via Ronni Corbetts settled on 19th October. I was hoping to be put on the small claims track but the judge put it on the fast track which i was worried about at the time as it means reams and reams of documents to be submitted to the court but it allso meant disclosure, Natwest had no intentions of disclosing how there charges are made up so they settled, I am now going after them for a further £1200, allso i have sent lba for natwest mastercard for £360, they have to day credited £120 into my mastercard account but i will persue for the rest.
I would not have been able to claim all this without the excellent cag site.
Other claims i have now started are with halifax, rbos, GE, and my early redemption fee for when i changed my mortgage ( only found out you could reclaim that through the cag site)
