Amt claimed: £291.16
Amt refunded: £321.16
Natwest turned down my claim the 1st time and said I could take it further if I wished so I took it to the small claims court. I filled in the very simple N1 form and sent off my £30 cheque. They then said that they were going to defend the claim. They had 28 days in which to put in a defence. I was getting a bit nervous at this point but I held my nerve because I've seen a few posts where people have got their money right at the last minute. Well, today (day 15) I received a cheque through the post for £321.16. This included the £30 I'd paid to the SCC. Result!! To anyone thinking of doing this I would just say go for it.0 -
