The Transaction No. consists of 9 numbers, mine starts 122 and is on the invoice sent in the top right hand corner.

The Transaction No. is on both the e2save "Sales Invoice" and on the slip that came with the deal, again in the top right hand corner.

Hi everyone I'm looking for a bit of advice.
I sent my final cashback claim in September, special delivery. RM website shows it has delivered and shows the signature. I heard nothing for a month so called them and they say they never received it. After proving they did they said RM just bulk sign and some letters do get lost.
Anyway, I faxed a copy of my bill bill (twice) and finally got a reply on the 26th Nov informing me I will receive the cheque within 30 days. So they still have over a week, but if it gets to the new year and I have received nothing should I just go straight down the LBA route giving them 14 days?
Can the fact my phone contract ended in mid october go against me, even though the date the contract finished was about a 50 days after they received the cashback claim and t&c state I will receive cheque within 30days? So in effect I met the t&c because my airtime agreement was active throughout the period they should have processed my cashback claim.
Just trying to forward plan because I move house and start a new job soon and don't want to be sorting out more problems with e2save at the same time!
Thanks0 -
LBA if you don't receive the cheque. Contract ending is irrelevant.0

Hi guys!
I got connected on 7th Nov 2007 E2save (says onestopphoneshop also), so
(question 1) do i send the bill that comes :
4th month- march 7th
6th month- may 7th
8th month- july 7th
10th month- sept 7th
12th month- Nov 7th.
It is called a price match in my order details email and the log in area, but no where on my paperwork sent does it say price match deal. Is that right? It keeps saying that pricematch cash back is different from normal deals.
(Question 2)- How is it different? and is my information right then am i price match as it says on my email "order details"?
(Quetion 3) Has anyone else got price match on thier paperwork or is it just on the email.
(Question 4) On the diary form on the log in area it says claim 1st intallment at 6 months, but this looks like a standard form or an old one as it says about the 18 month diary to which is not specific to me. Do I disregard this and stick with my email link "offer information" which outlines the 5 installments i wrote above?
I am so grateful for someone to take the time to answer my questions i really want to beat this company!!:j  :j0 -
mobilejunkie wrote: »They are going by the start date for the 30 days rather than the bill date. You have to watch that too - although they're not following the proper t&c that way. If the 28th is ok and the first attempt is successful I think a cheque may well have been raised within 2 weeks of receipt - JUST giving you time to re-send (subject to what I just said about their dates window as opposed to the one in the t&c). I think you have a good chance with the one they already have, but unfortunately you need to try to cover yourself if it's not certain given the way they now approach things.
I phoned them Monday morning..I was told that my claim was accepted on the 12th, and was going through the system and a chequed had been issued which i would receive within 14 to 28 days.....but when i asked for email confirmation of this(as i was going on holiday) i was told this was not possible,,,,,so I emailed them Monday with the same question i asked on the phone.0 -
Sounds ok; hopefully you made a note of who you spoke with and when. It's usually about 2 weeks after it's raised before you get it. I've never known them say a cheque's been raised and then not have it arrived. Although you have to take what they say with a pinch of salt nowadays I think you should be able to breath easy now and let it ride.0

Hope so, will know for sure if i get confirmation by email.....and thanks for your help ......just cant believe i put the wrong number on the form....and had posted it (the day i got it) and only 12 hours before the "transaction" question arose on here.............
Genuinely though...there was very little ink in their printer when they printed off my invoice, and consequently I never saw the words "Transaction number"........although with the aid of a magnifying glass i have since found it.
and yes i made a note of the persons name and exact time of conversation.0
