  • just had my first claim rejected...because i'm a pillock and sent in a photocopy for pricematch...i feared that as a result i will lose all my subsequent claims. but the woman told me that 2 weeks ago they changed the t&c (again!) and now if u miss a claim they still honour the subsequent claims. whether this is true is another matter...but will find out soon enough

I have found it easier to telephone 020 8896 500 and ask to be put through to e2save.

I got my phone today but since I ordered it have been getting really worried about sending the cashback forms off. My bill date is going to be around the 11/12th of each month. Since my ist casback has to be posted after 6 calendar months does this mean I have to post my bill dated 11/12th of November to them? May be a stupid question but I don't want to get it wrong.

I'll be interested to know of those who are on the price - match deal who've sent their claim to the Loughborough address athough their claim form has a Crewe address if they have received payment.

which address does your T+C's say to send it to? if it is the dunstable, once you get the returned letter you can send a LBA demanding the remainder of the cashback, then MCOL as long as you are satisfied you have complied with your T+C's.

I use SD with added consequential loss cos if they lose the RD you wont get a penny in compo

Since my original post my daughter telephoned e2save who say that they have processed the claim at the end of April. However no cheque has arrived yet and Royal Mail Track and Trace still show my chequeback claim letter as 'progressing through their network'. So e2save and Royal Mail's stories don't tie up. I'm thinking of getting my daughter to ask e2save whether the cheque has been posted and if so when.

    I'll use SD next time.

In regards with sending off the bill is it just the first page or the entire bill ie all itemised calls etc.

Check your ts + cs - different ones have different requirements.

If in doubt send the lot (also check whether a copy or the original is wanted).

Will a link re OSPS do, since you will be sending LBA and issuing MCOL against CPW, like me? http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=611327
