    Yes, yes and yes.

The click-through "offer details" terms, which are also what you get e-mailed after you purchase, aren't available in PDF...

. Is this correct or are the e2save staff mistaken?

You cannot rely on anything you are told over the phone by any e2save staff.

You can combine the money they owe you from both contracts into one MCOL if that's any help

    Folks :-
Apologies if this stuff has been covered before or in another thread - I have tried looking....

I took out a contract on Orange with E2Save in August 2007, it's a 12 month contract and the email at the time said I should submit the sixth bill to get the first lot of cashback. The sixth bill was the January one and it was rejected for not having the original telephone number on the bill (I'd ported my old number over.) I phoned E2Save up. I was told to resubmit the bill and write on it that I'd ported the number and I would be sent the cashback.

AFAIK they've always said that if you have ported your number, you need to send a copy of your first bill showing the original number (matching the sales invoice) and the account...

As for which bill you should have sent, it all depends on what the terms were when you took out your contract. Did they say submit your 6th bill, or make your claim after 6 months (which will probably involve your 7th bill...) They have changed their tune repeatedly, so it's important to know what you signed up for.
Whilst discussing the situation above I was told by two different e2save employees that subsequent claims would be honoured. I then asked about this 02 contract and was told the last two claims should have been paid and it's only the price match offers that a missed claim invalidates any further claims. Is this correct or are the e2save staff mistaken?

Refer to your terms and conditions! It clearly says that it will invalidate claims for price match deals. It might not say that in your terms and conditions.

I am completely lost as to which terms I would have to follow. I cannot find a link to Cashback T&C's in PDF format on the E2Save website other than the Price Match Cashback Terms and Terms of Sale

However last week I went back in to the mycashbackclaim website and it now says "Send month 6 claim between 23rd Feb 2008 and 23rd Mar 2008" - they've changed the flippin' dates! I've got the original email and printout from March, so I don't think they've got a leg to stand on, but I guess this is a warning that you should get and keep a printout from that site asap. Has anyone else spotted them fiddling around with the claim dates on this website?

They changed the dates on me too, but if you have printed the original and the changed web pages, I can't see you losing in court. They take fraud very seriously.

I haven't any price match contracts, yet both mine were invalidated because of previous claims not submitted at the right time. I used the original web page details, then they changed the dates after I had claimed.

They have also invalidated all my cashbacks as I had not claimed them correcty ..... I used MCOL to claim mine.
So take this as a warning using MCOL to claim your cashback will invalidate all future claims.

You've got to laugh at these muppets!

Gosh, not sure what all of you are up to - some of it is non-sensical. All the answers are clear and well documented. Follow the groundrules and you will be ok. Fail to do so and you'll get yourselves into trouble. For the last 12 months many people haven't even been AWARE they signed up to the Price-Match t&c. None of the others invalidate future claims if one is wrong. Also for months I've repeatedly been telling everyone that the dates they give in accounts and emails are WRONG. If this advice wasn't heeded all I can say is that I am getting writers' cramp from giving it! Since it's quicker to read than to write I am losing sympathy! READ - AVOID ALL CASHBACK DEALS IF YOU DON'T DO PROPER AND FULL RESEARCH AND UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING BEFORE YOU DO IT!! I won't bother pasting the link to my guide yet again - those who want it can find it with a little reading! It seems very clear that people are blinded by the deals and so anxious to take them up that they don't take even the minimum of time to check what they are doing when they order. It's REALLY not that difficult for those few who do!

Thank you Fifer, for sharing the message. Could you please (if possible) update us with what's going on with your new claim, so that we are clear what to do with our claims in the future?
My 120 day point for both contracts was 9th April, but I waited for my next bills which arrived on the 21st. Sent the bills and vouchers (separately recorded for each contract) to the Crewe address on the T&Cs (rather than the voucher Crewe address or the Loughborough address) on 24th April and they were signed for on 26th April.

Both cheques arrived this morning (10th May), 13 days later with no problem. We'll see what happens with the next lot,

BTW, slight paranoia here. I shredded the letters attached to the cheques (as I always do). I read them first and I'm sure they just contained the usual 'thanks for doing business with us' platitudes (as they always do), but I'm now wondering if they might ave contained an instruction about using the Loughborough address fo the next claims. I'm pretty sure they didn't, butcan anyone who has recieved a claim cheque recently confir this?

They didn't. You MUST send the claims as soon as the bills arrive on your t&c or you will fall outside their window despite being within the legal t&c ones. Should that happen it'll be the well-worn LBA path for you! At least you seem to have a reasonable idea of what you're doing!

I'm also sending/posting tomorrow and it will be to the Crewe address.
Why??? Because I haven't been told to send it anywhere else.
Keep it simple and don't gamble. I will also send special delivery and pay for conseqential loss insurance with all items copied as back-up. Last time it took an extra day because of the re-direction.

    Good luck,
